My husband and I wanted pho today but we went here instead. We have not eaten Tia foods and really did not know what to try. The waitresses was so helpful! We got the avocado rolls in a peanut dip to start. Then I got the soup with beef and noodles and husband got a chicken curry. Dessert was fried bananas with ice cream. Most excellent! We left happy and the dent in the pocket book was barely there(in other words, great price).
Well worth missing pho for this new place to eat for us.

This place has, perhaps, the best Kao Soi I've had anywhere. Get the dinner size if you want to be overwhelmed with deliciousness.

Delicious Thai food at reasonable prices. I had the shrimp fried rice, which was delicious. Well seasoned as well. I like that you are able to pick your spice level. The only thing I will note is they are going through staffing changes, so be patient with them. The new manager Tracy was really nice warm. Be sure to note if you go for lunch you want the lunch special vs the dinner portion. This is a nice hidden gem in Denton. You can tell there are a lot of regulars who come here often to patronize the restaurant. There are options to call ahead and order off you like and the servers were wearing mask.
I've lived in Denton over 25 yrs and l have heard that Thia Ocho was really good but decided that l wanted to give it a try on my BD w/ my daughter. It was very clean and the employees were quick to wait on us. The food was delicious! I had Tom Kan coconut based soup w chicken. It was so creamy and the little mushrooms were perfect. For my entree l had orange chicken w white rice l gave the broccoli to my daughter. My daughter had a pineapple curry with salmon and it was a huge portion perfectly grilled along w/ a bowl of veggies. We'll definitely be back once a week!
The herb chicken is always yummy here, at times they are a little slow to get food out but I've noticed it's because they always have so many online orders so I can forgive it
My go to Thai place when in Denton! I love their pad see ew, spring egg rolls and Thai tea. They have different spice levels for all their dishes and they take to go orders as well.

Thai Ocha is consistently delicious! My husband has Pad Thai every time and I have had most of the menu we are NEVER disappointed. (Try the fresh rolls...so yummy!!) Staff is always very accommodating and nice. The only reason I give 4 stars is because it is a bit outdated, a/c intake could be cleaned of dust, and it tends to be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Despite those things, which can easily be dismissed with good company, Thai Ocha is definitely a gem of Denton!
I love coming here. I’m from Houston and every time I come to visit I have to go to Thai Ocha. Now that I moved I’ll be much closer. Food is great and the workers are super nice. I love the atmosphere of this place. I always get the pineapple curry.
