We love to stop here and get sandwiches for our picnics! Staff and service are super friendly, always fast, and orders are always accurate. The Reuben is AMAZING and my son loves their toasties! We always look forward to eating here.

The customer service is exceptional, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant stays clean, even when busy. Also, when you order curbside pickup or delivery, the food is packaged so well!! I’ve had a styrofoam cup of soup tip completely over, and the lid didn’t even budge!
I normally love McAlister's but this was the worst location I've ever been to. I got a to-go meal and my wrap was 100% open. It was basically a caesar salad in a whole grain bread bowl. I honestly just ate the salad and had the tortilla part as a side.

I frequently visit the McAlister’s on University in Denton, but decided to try the loop 288 location. As you can see from the photos instead of macaroni and cheese they gave me macaroni and cheese soup… extremely disappointed in how it looked and tasted.
Honestly this franchise is the better options out of the other similar restaurant in the city. Their sandwiches are flavorful and their other options are decent.
