I've been eating at this location for years and the food is always terrific. The only thing more impressive than the food is their top-tier staff and unbeatable service. When it comes to fast food, I believe most people have grown accustomed to being served by the unenthusiastic, humdrum husk of a person regurgitating the same "welcome to , what can I get for you?" Jimmy John's on 288 is the exception to that norm! I had the pleasure of interacting with Ben, who was bursting with charisma, personality, and useful information. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone genuinely pleasant and fun in an industry that is known for the opposite. Excellent work, Ben!
Oh Jimmy John's ! What can I say! You make the best freaky fresh sandwiches (apologies to my sister! :]) its uncanny that everytime I order the Turkey Tom its consistently perfect, a constant balance in all the ingredients!
I ordered Unwhich as we are Keto, it came CRAZY FAST, but it was in bread, I called back, Brice fixed it, and was super sweet about it, we are sold, JIMMY JOHNS forever
