Came in today for my first ever pickup order from chipotle and man was the staff rude they ignored me for quite a while and then finally one of them directed me to my order name on the bag facing a wall.
They forgot the chips and salsa and instead of my large drink I got a small cup.

This location was a unique experience. The staff rush you to order, but move super slowly while they make it. Our table still had a mess on it from the previous people, and there were no Tabasco bottles available.
Again completely disappointed. Been about about 6 months since I was last in. Dinner time 7pm. No chicken, no steak, bottom of dish grilled veggies. Grill isn't going, people standing around, or "taking breaks" where is management? How are you not prepared for the dinner rush? Same song every time.
