I have been ordering food here almost every week. Today I order 2 bowls for me and my sister . Open my food and started eating the And was looking for sour cream and none was put on my plate as requested .chicken was burnt to where it was so bitter on both plates and we could not even eat our food.

This chipotle has really gone down hill. Never been to another chipotle where they have ran out of everything at 5pm and when i say everything i mean literally everything.
