multiple times theyve completely forgotten to give us queso and given the wrong amount of tacos. today they also gave us a tortilla with nothing in it and they always leave their mic on for the drive thru when theres no other customers but they still leave us waiting at the speaker for awhile.

As a taco cabana fan this location in Tx (university and bonnie brae) did not impress. June 23 around 420pm. No one at the counter to take our order. Waited and no-one came. A staff person waived as we walked in and tended to trash then waived as we departed. Still no person at the check in counter.

Skip this restaurant. You will never get what you want, you order a large Queso and they will give you 2 free side cups of cheese instead. It’s the worst taco cabana you could possibly eat at.
