This means that 215 confirmed people, now 216, can't even think of a positive feature to bump their reviews up to two stars.
Moreover, there was not one reply from this restaurant to any of the one-star reviews apologizing for their lack of service, because this would force accountability, and accountability is too much work.
To make it fair, even those posting five-star reviews here didn't receive one reply from this restaurant thanking them for their compliments. In conclusion, whether a customer's experience was good or bad, the restaurant is indifferent about the feedback, regardless if the feedback was genuine or disingenuous.
With that being said, it's only logical to conclude that providing customer service is not only avoided in this restaurant, but it's prohibited. I have to assume that this is the case, and I have to assume that the punishment for making customers satisfied is a firing. If this is indeed true, having this restaurant still open for business means you're advocating for an unwelcoming atmosphere, you're advocating for lost profits, and you're advocating for more one-star reviews to come your way which, by now, is considered a small dent towards the abundance of one-star reviews already in place.

Don't get customer service from the manger he doesn't the difference between with ice and without ice. I asked for two coke cola and got 1 right coke cola without ice but 1 root beer with ice and asked for a water but got spirit instead. I heard someone tell the manger 3 times no ice, two coke cola, and water. He then asks me if I wanted a cup tray 3 times, I didn't think much of it at first but I remembered that the speaker sounded very low and I had to go to the window to hear because of it. I highly don't recommend this place

Food is way better than Burger King on the loop, except I still get soggy, lukewarm fries. At least the bread is fresh tasting at the new University location.
The bread at the LOOP 288 LOCATION is stale, crusty and old too often

Am I the only one who noticed rude customer service at drive thru? The guy did not say word. All I got was a very mean face. Like he was bothered to take my order. Needless to say, he looked like he just woke up, no face mask and you should take a look at the drive thru window. It is filled with dirty finger prints. Discusting. Makes me wonder how the food is "really being handled". Never again!!!

Burger king is my favourite go take out fast fast drive through, I like jalapeño poppers they taste so good. Even I liked Chicken King Spicy sandwich.

It seems like a lot of people have had a really bad experience with this place just based on the reviews, but I can’t say the same. It was actually pretty decent. I went here late after a shift and was expecting it to be absolutely terrible, but that’s not really the case. I got the Bacon King and the ten piece chicken nuggets. Both items were good for their price, but nothing special. The guy taking my order seemed tired of his job, but he had a relatively good attitude and even cracked a friendly joke.
It’s a good place if you want to fill up pretty fast. Not the cheapest fast food, but not the most expensive either. However, just based on what I’ve seen from other reviews, I’ll say this too. Come at your own risk!

Good god, this is the slowest Burger King ever. The car ahead of me waited ten minutes (yes, I counted) just to order their food at the speaker... what the heck? No wonder there’s a line. Drive thru is horribly built as well so once you’ve entered the line and a car comes behind you, you have no choice but to wait. Ridiculous.

If I ever have brain damage and decide to try this place again, and get SCREAMED AT through the window like that again, I will be walking inside and expecting an apology to my face, and will not leave until I get one. Having a bad day doesn't mean you verbally berate and scream at a customer like that. This location sincerely needs shut down, for multiple reasons. Idk if I have more staff complaints or about the location, this place is a joke filled with the most unprofessional folx
