Food was served hot and quick. The car hop was helpful with CC payment since kiosk was inop. A good visit to Sonic and I recommend this location
Served me up some old popcorn chicken. Got the manager to make it right. At least I thought they did. Only to learn they put 2 new pieces of chicken right on top. Then the rest was what I had sent back, and they just reheated it. I'll never go back to that location again.
I was there 1/17/21 at about 8pm. I was compelled to mention my experience. Had an order so long it hurt. They got all the items right, and had it out in half the time I figured. My appreciation.
I went through the drive thur to purchase a ice cream cone and once I got to the window the carhop Sarah opened the window and coughed all over my ice cream and on the peoples food that was in-line behind me. I politely asked could she remake it and her words were “Ugh I will ask but I bet they won’
Literally this Sonic had my #1 Sonic Cheeseburger meal out to me in 1 minute 28 seconds! WOW FAST! This location in Frisco has done a great job of keeping staff, earlier in the year it took a while to get food but they have done a great job with staff lately. Makes me want to go too often :)
