We were waiting in the line for toilet. 2 guys cut the line (we are international student and people cut the line were american). Been here a couple of times and it’s been ok but will never be going back. Went there last night and it was very busy, and the bouncers/front staff did not have the entering and exit situation under control. The bouncer then proceeded to call us slurs as we left and calling us f**king stupid.
Tavern is no doubt the best bar in Denton. The staff are undoubtedly helpful and always assist no matter what. If any conflict happens the staff make sure to take care of it immediately. It is very clean and the music is awesome. Not to mention the owner is really cool and always standing by the men
First time going on Fry St, and I heard this bar was cool. I had a very good experience overall! Staff was friendly, and the pizza was good! 10/10 would come again
Worst bar I’ve ever seen in my life. Bouncers are racist, club is dirty, they have only one bathroom for 200+ people
WORST BAR IN TEXAS EVER. DONT RECOMMEND FOR ANYBODY. extremely vile boss. stopped ONLY to use the bathroom. this cheap bar has only ONE BATHROOM. the “boss” who was working a bar tending position claimed his name as “BK”. he banged like the police on the restroom door and screamed one girl at a time
I love this bar! Great Food specials during the week and Thursdays are always LIT!
My favorite bar on fry street! They have great pizza, the bartenders are super sweet, and it’s a great atmosphere! they are always playing the best music. trust me, I love this place I went every day last week!!!
