Well came in after a long drive and the men working being the counter couldn't even be bothered to greet me. Much less take my order. I drive too many miles bringing these products, for them to completely ignore me. So disappointed. Give too much business to be treated like that

I just wanted to say that the lady Serenity is the best. She fixes my food great every time I come in. She's professional and courteous. She has a smile and she always ready to please. She deserves to be a manager, she cares about her customers and I personally with a few other truckers pass up other subways, just so we can get her to fix our food. SH3 DEFINITELY HAS A HIGH CORE STANDARDS AND VALUES NOT JUST FOR SUBWAY BUT HERSELF. GREAT JOB SRRENITY 👏 👍 👌 ❤👑

I don’t mean bad. I mean the absolute worst customer service. Who is the gentleman working today at 11:45 pm. Saturday. You MUST get complaints on him. Horrible body language. No greet. No hello. No nothing. Come on Subway!!

To the owner of the subway guy working night shift the one with glasses he will say “ we are not open for the time being” so that he doesn’t need take customers you are going to run out of businesses if you don’t have your employees taking customers thank you!!!
