Christmas Eve, Drive thru was backed up, so went in and cashier was nice, even though I could tell she was being run around. She was fast so I applaud her. She had to prepare all the drinks and do everything else. DD should give her a nice bonus.
As with any Dunkin donuts, it does have excellent service and good quality control. I only gave it three stars because when I looked up what the ingredients were in the sugar-free syrup I had put into my coffee..... It is nearly impossible to get a very simple order right at this Dunkin’. I’ve given up on them and started making coffee at home. I will miss seeing Kim and Betty, the only 2 that have any clue what is going on there. Avoid this place unless you want your day ruined and time wasted.
