The cutest Ice Cream shop. We saw the tiniest cake cone ever! A mini! Ice cream was delicious. The staff were great! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was a staff member moved in front of us, which I had to step back as she moved in to start cleaning the glass in front of us as we ordering. As we sat down, she asked us to move so she could pull the trash out behind us and started sweeping as customers were coming in and leaving. Feedback was shared, and management was amazing and apologized. It's a busy spot with people coming in and out.
This is the spot for ice cream in Denver - IYKYK! The first time we drove by we were unsure of what was happening because the line was massive! When we returned to town we cruised by and stopped in for ice cream and the experience did not disappoint. The flavors are plentiful. The service is efficient. The prices are fair. If you're looking for a nice treat or evening out, do yourself a favor and stop in!
Very good ice cream. So many unique flavors! It was hard to pick. I enjoyed everything I tried. The line was long, but it moved quick. Staff was friendly and working hard.
The line is out the door and around the block for a reason - this is the best ice cream and chocolate dipped waffle cone. Fabulous! And the service is great, too!
I love this place! I always try and come in when I'm close or if I'm showing out of towers what Colorado has to offer. They never seen to disappoint with their vast and fun flavors!
I had the butter pecan in a chocolate sprinkle cone and my girlfriend had the lemon custard (as seen in picture). She doesn't usually like lemon but we both absolutely adored these ice creams! I think what I enjoy best is how subtle yet enhanced the flavors are, it's not too much but not not enough if that makes sense. The cone was a bit too tough this time but usually they are pretty solid as apposed to way too flakey like most cones.
I look forward to everytime I can get some of these flavors, they are way more creative than most stuff out there!
Some of the best Ice Cream in the area you can get. Prices are reasonable and is always busy but the line moves fast. I think the only place that beats it is Little Man Ice Cream, but this is a close second. Flavors might be a little limited, but it's very good for what it is.
The variety of ice cream flavors was impressive and catered to everyone's tastes, from classic favorites to unique, creative blends. The kids were overjoyed with their colorful, delicious scoops, and the quality of the ice cream was top-notch – creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, especially with our indecisive little ones. We're already looking forward to our next visit to this charming neighborhood gem!
I haven't stopped thinking about the new york cheesecake flavor here since the first time I visited and had it. It was life changing. I felt things within me that I hadn't felt in a long while. The flavors were so detailed it woke my palate up to details of flavor I thought were long gone. They've got a live screen of the flavors that you can look at to get a view of which flavors are out of stock in real time, for good reason because this has got to be the best ice cream in Denver.
Nice ice cream shop. Got an ice cream cake here and it was delicious! Super yummy ice cream, and a yummy Oreo/cookie crust in between. I also sometimes (not usually) try their ice cream and it is also delicious! All in all, great ice cream and cake shop, will be back!
This place usually has a line out the door and it is worth it. There is free street parking. You can sit at tables inside or outside. They allow tastes. I got a scoop of Oreo and loved it. Very nice feel inside and the scoopers are friendly. I will be back for more.
Hometown homemade ice cream. As an out of toe visitor I felt right at home. Ice cream server attendants were exceptionally friendly.
There was a line out the door not only when I went but the few times I drove by.

Bonnie Brae ice cream is one of a kind! Starting in 1986 with 36 flavors, they've jumped to now 120 different flavors! It's obvious they change them consistently! I always feel like I've traveled back in time as they always have a lot of families around, just enjoying nature, the weather, and beautiful Colorado!

I’m a bit of an ice cream connoisseur and let me tell ya….Bonnie Brae is the SPOT! Creamiest and chunkiest ice cream in Denver no doubt. I love bringing everyone I know here. What a treat.
Now I’m just waiting for them to put out sweatshirts so I can buy one!
This was the best ice cream I’ve ever eaten, the atmosphere was as magical as the area in which Glenda the good witch of the north resides in, the staff members brought my experience to the next level with their expert suggestions, unmatched level of kindness, ability to bring the most comfortable of vibes out to its customers, and moreover, they absolutely gave me the most unforgettable ice cream experience I have ever received in my entire life. 10/10 will absolutely be coming back 2 times a week for the next 3 years atleast and I will one day have tried every item on this menu. Also, Lauren’s sweater game is unrivaled- go compliment her kindness and her sweaters.
Had not been here in years. Just a cool place that feels vintage but modern. I got the Malted Milk Ball ice cream, I liked it. Good place to hang on a warm evening.
Tried a quart of the mint chocolate ice-cream and it was pretty good. Price was decent for the portion and it was kinda fun ordering from an old school shoppe. Stayed fresh for a long time as well, just tried it after months in the freezer and YUM!
