The sushi is fresh and creative, the tempura is among the best we've ever had--light and crispy, and the drinks are delicious. We will return here again and again! Ian took great care of us. The only small downer is that our outdoor table was very uneven.
Went for a dinner with friends from out of town and always Hapa Sushi delight me. Emma our server she was fantastic always prompt and check on us even with the place packed! Of course because of his delicious food which is for sure I always make time to come when I’m visiting downtown with my wife or friends. I’m not a payment customer. I’m a real person. You check my history.
Really enjoyed my meal at Hapa. I went at happy hour and got the vegetable tempura and the spicy salmon and tuna rolls.
The tempura was incredible and twice the size I thought it would be.
The sushi was also really nice.
This place is incredible! I needed something light but substantial for a meal and my friend suggested this sushi restaurant. Offerings are incredible and Kenzi is a bartender extraordinaire. I was well taken care of and everything was delicious. There's even a separate menu and soy sauce ready to go for gluten free.
Went here for dinner this past weekend. We sat at the bar pretty quickly & service was very attentive. They had a couple of Taylor Swift themed drinks too, which was fun for the weekend concert. We tried the pineapple passion mocktail & the cool summer cocktail. The mocktail was really yummy but overpriced for what it was. I did not like the cool summer cocktail. It tasted like cough syrup. Would not recommend. I loved the the had such a large variety of vegetarian sushi. I ordered the vegetable caterpillar roll (which was basically just cucumbers & avocado) & I ordered a vegetable roll. Both were okay. I liked the vegetable caterpillar roll better than the vegetable roll. My friend ordered the shrimp tempura roll & the 69 roll. She liked both of them. The shrimp tempura roll was different than any other sushi roll I’ve had seen. It was on its own plate & was tempura’d as whole. I do think it was overpriced for the vegetarian rolls compared to other places I’ve been. Fun vibes though.
First place we visited on our first day in Denver and it was not a disappointment. Everything was delicious and would definitely come back. Staff was very friendly. Stored our luggage while we wait and server was very attentive.
The sushi was so phenomenal, the salmon sashimi was so fresh! I usually prefer sweet alcohol so I wasn't sure if I'd like sake, but the waiter suggested a mango infused sake, it was fantastic. Service was friendly and prompt!
This was a great experience.
The food and atmosphere was on par for a good taste. This is the place you want to enjoy as a great taste experience.
The Glasshouse Roll with butter sauce over snow crab sushi was amazing. Not fake crab but real crab.
The amazing richness of each roll was good. Thr fun atmosphere to the drinks was way better than any over price reservations.
Some of the best fusion style sushi we've had in the state! Service is always top-notch, everyone is incredibly friendly and personable.
A sushi fav of mine in the Denver area! The Multiple Orgasm roll was to die for as was the Pacific Isle with ponzu sauce on top (both shown in pictures). Service was friendly and I love how late they are open. I will be back! 🫶
