We tried the vegan deep dish pizza (whole wheat with the standard - garlic, red onion, and spinach) for delivery. It came hot. It was really delicious. I thought the crust would be thicker than it was, but I could only finish one piece as it was. Great to have a vegan option.

Patxi's deep dish is always worth the wait. They offer a half baked pick up where they cook it halfway then you take it home and finish the job. I love the half baked option because it allows a fresh hot pie in my oven. They are filling pies. Seriously give it a try.

Came into Denver to visit some friends and asked about a good pizza. Without hesitation the recommendation for Patxi's was thrown down and the GPS was set to navigate.
