Beautiful hole in the wall shop. They have this organic look/style and feel. The coffee is strong and just the way I like it. Very chill and peaceful place.
It was a really fun vibe. Very cute hidden coffee shop. Forgot I ordered my hot cocoa and a nice cute barista even brought it to me. Offered to warm it up. I'll be back
lovely new location - great service and delicious coffee and tea, will come back for sure!
We are from Michigan and spent our entire trip to Denver searching for the perfect atmosphere and pour over and we found it here! Funky space, friendly folks, delicious coffee cake, and a fruity and deep Columbia pour over. Can't wait to come back!!
Danger Monkey is without a doubt the BEST coffee blend on the planet! Never change it....Love it, love the coffee shop...people are awesome!
Love this place! The coffee, tea and pastries are great! And the atmosphere is great - could spend all day there!!
There's an amazing process going on behind this coffee. This project is run by some amazingly thoughtful dudes who know what they're doing. I'm thoroughly impressed!
Very tasty espresso and a nice atmosphere
The new location just opened in my 'hood! It's bright and airy, a little sterile still since it's brand new. I lingered there through a shift change, and all the employees were wonderful! Helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I can tell they are going to need more seating...
Best coffee I've ever had, roasted right up the street. No wifi which is why it's not a hive of people staring silently at screens. Come here to make friends!

Your friends from California you guys are awesome! Thank you Craig for our package we received today. We love your coffee! From, Jeff & Michelle
Love it! Great atmosphere, quality coffee. They make cappuccino the way it's made in Europe!
People are encouraged to stay as long as possible.
Perfect place to meet great friends.
They also have parking behind the building!
First impression: Love at first sight! Italian coffee with spanish music! I could stay here forever.
(This is comming from an European at heart who loves to travel.)
Pablo's coffee is one of my absolute favorite places in Denver. Their coffee is awesome too!!
I love the coffee here!!! I love the people who work at both, but I live right next to the one on 13th. Yay yeah!
Seriously the best coffee I've ever had. Absolutely love the fact I can order online as well since I no longer live in Denver. 5 stars all around!

Awesome coffee, quaint atmosphere can't wait to go back to Denver
My favorite barista, Erica Koenig brought my coffee home with her. Absolutely the best coffee , Absolutely the BEST BARISTA.
Shop Local! Local brewer and roaster. Great place to work, I hear, and it shows. Great service and ambiance. They also support recycling ( good refill policies and supply of cups) and local gardens with coffee ( hot coffee for member meetings) and convenient access to their spent coffee grounds, probably supplying 10 or more tons from the 6th location, in my estimate. My plants thank Craig, the owner, too!
I live in the Springs, but I adore Pablo's Danger Monkey so much that I order it from Denver. It's a treat, every time, every morning!
Best coffee in town. I travel over 20 miles for a cup of their coffee.
Best coffee shop in Denver!
My world would not be the same without a daily French press
Scones. Latte. Worlds problems solved.
Cute coffee spot to grab fancy coffee. They have interesting flavors or just plain hot/iced options. I got the pistachio mocha one that had black onyx chocolate. I loved the pistachio flavor, but the chocolate was overpowering and too dark chocolatey for my taste. Price of coffee is high due to it being a more upscale place. The inside is cute and they have outdoor seating which is nice!
Great local coffee shop. We usually go here since it’s like 3-5min from our house. Really nice. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, and delicious baked goods and drinks! My dad’s cappuccino was good, my hot chocolate and croissant was yummy, and so was my sister’s burrito, delicious. Great atmosphere and ambiance, quick service, and great workers who work here. So, all in all, great local coffee shop. Will be back!
This place is a gem in the neighborhood! Always great service, excellent coffee, and a laid-back atmosphere. Perfect place to bring a book, catch up with a friend, or chill with your pup on the patio.
Beautiful coffee shop, live plants everywhere, staff is amazing. Really sending and friendly. Oasis of calm - the human counterpart to Starbucks. They host a rotation of local artists’ works for sale - often really great stuff. Lots of regulars - with good reason.
Right now (Aug 2023) the featured artist is an awesome (mostly film) photographer, @ricohfreak. Well worth a visit.
I really like this coffee shop because of 3 things
1) the coffee
2) the decor
3) the staff
Pablo’s gets a lot of hate because they DONT HAVE WI-FI, but I think this makes it the best place to grab some coffee with someone you need to catch up with.
The coffee is always going to be really good and you’ll always feel lively.
I love this location and their other a lot, so definitely check them out
The best coffee in Denver. Worth a visit before a road trip to set you up for success!
We highly recommend Pablos Coffee to any of our clients who are searching for a quiet oasis during a Family Law case - Divorce, Adoption, Prenups - etc.
Thank you to Patrick and Emily for always providing the best customer service!
Lovely coffee shop with wonderful decor and personality. Pablo’s Coffee is a nice quaint spot in a busy street, great for stopping by for a drink, visit with friends, or work.
I recommend visiting.
Street parking is available.
No complimentary wi-fi available.
Love their café aulait so much, I wanted a 2nd! Delicious coffee in a beautiful neighborhood. Can't wait to go back to enjoy coffee at their outdoor seating area! Also, very excited to hang out indoors during a snowy day!
Such a grand coffee shop. They sell really cool art, right now it’s art made by one of the baristas. They make you feel like you’re a part of their team and you sink deeper into the community by simply stepping foot into this place. I enjoy sitting out front and watching 6th Ave traffic roll on by. Also the plant life here has you thinking about living life more closely with nature.
Awesome independent coffee spot, great for hanging out outside in nice weather on picnic tables. Very un-fancy, unpretentious spot to meet friends, meet new faces! Awesome coffee, great service w/a smile & cool, hip atmosphere, very neighborhood-sy. Tea-overpriced. Bkfst burritos good, not stellar. Great pastries. Go early on weekends or wait in line!
