Food was good as we expected.
Returned for breakfast. Appreciated being able to refill my coffee and free WiFi. However, I wish that the bathrooms were not locked.

The child I take care of loves Panera cookies, especially the chocolate ones 🍪 , and Flip flops ones. This is a our plan twice a week .
i only get drinks here as i am a super cool member of the sip club, but man, one of the morning staff is GR-UMPY! sorry if you hate your job, i too have been there, but that is not my fault so don't take it out on me. not asking for above and beyond false kindness, but a little more than a cold and
I usually don’t eat at Panera, but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life-changing. It is a vast space for me to work in peace. And their food is top-notch.
Also, sign up for their rewards program, for you will get a lot of bang for your buck!
Service was quick. Friendly staff. The food was good. I really enjoyed their chai tea and green tea, it wasn't overpoweringly sweet. Smooth texture for the chai tea. The breakfast croissant and souffle was good, only thing was still feeling hungry after.
The wait during lunch can be a bit ridiculous. I’ve seen 3 people bussing tables and 1 person taking orders, with a line to the door. They are also out of baked goods on a regular basis, such as cookies and bagels. The sandwiches we get are good, as are the cookies when they have them.
Not fond of the coffee system. Many times have to wait for decaf or hot water. Not always as hot as I prefer it.
I give this place a higher rating because of the atmosphere and employees. The manager is awesome and perhaps he has an identical twin because he's always there 😅.
The food isn't always hot or right... I went last night to get something that was wrong corrected and ordered an additional sourdough b
I love this location drive thru because it's near my job. My food is always hot and fresh. Great customer service too!
Stopped in for lunch while on an adventure and had the broccoli cheddar soup and a piece of bread.. it was delicious and hit the spot.
