As a proud University of Denver alumna, Pasquini's holds a special place in my heart. Their calzones and pizzas hit the spot and you will most likely have leftovers. Right now the original location is being renovated but they are right down the block on the corner. No matter the location, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Great staff, reasonable drink prices, in pub events such as trivia, and just a great experience overall.
Good spot to get lunch or dinner. Friendly service and good food. I had the meaty Calzone that was very filling and tasty. The bread also had a good taste. Recommended.
Its the same and better because its authentic. Nice people, cold beer, great food, quick, clean, affordable, delicious food.
Happy Hour is amazing, chill spot, great staff
Pasquini has been around for a long time.the pizza is always good the pasta has been hit or miss over the years That said we have eaten here more than a hundred times.
Very good pizza ill definitely go back.
We went for dinner with a two year-old and they made us feel welcome. The vegetarian pizza was really good and the drinks were also delicious. Monday's seem like they would be very interesting I hope to find out for my self soon.
This is bizarre to me. This restaurant has a pretty strong name and is well known in the area, every time I go in there, the place has seats full. The staff is super cool, its a fun and lively environment, the food is pretty damn good, and you get big ass portions. Why does this restaurant only have three stars? There must be a BUNCH OF HATERS in the neighborhood.
To my points above, every time I have been here I have had nothing to complain about. It is definitely not an average restaurant. I leave full, satisfied, and happy that I spent my money there. To all the people that hate on the Original Pasquini's... get a grip. This place is one of the gems in your neighborhood!
I'll definitely be back!
During a cross-country trip with my family we stopped in Denver to visit a good friend that owns a shop around the corner from this location. We were starving and tired from the road so we let him pick the place. He suggested we have dinner here.
WOW, we were so impressed! The staff were so cool and friendly. The food was over the top amazing with great portion sizes. We have eaten Italian food all around the US and can be a bit picky when it comes to the sauce used. Typically, sauces are Italian restaurants are either too sweet or too bitter from the tomato, but the sauce here was the BEST we have had anywhere. Perfect flavor with great chunkiness.
I'm so jealous of where my friend lives and works because he can eat here everyday (and from the reaction of the staff, he might...LOL). I think that if we could order the sauce and have it shipped to our place we would do that.
Do yourself a favor and eat here. You will not be disappointed.
I super enjoyed this joint. Very laid back, casual hipster vibe. Definitely clog your arteries with all the cheese and butter, but you only live once so you should definitely indulge here. Biggest complaint was lack of desserts, which is a very small complaint. Highly recommend the Sicilian style pizza, Bianca. Very, very tasty. The sauce lit my mouth up with garlic. Finally, somewhere the puts more than 2 cloves of garlic into their white pizza sauce. Bravo. Definitely coming back.
Went in to get some dinner for myself and my honey, and Rachel was awesome!! She helped me to find the perfect entree to share and even suggested the perfect dessert. As a servsafe certified individual I was impressed with every aspect of the restaurant, and the attitude of every staff member was upbeat and pleasant. I've loved the food for well over a decade but glad to see its still superb after not going for the past couple years. Would recommend to everyone I know.
This place has really great food and really lovely staff. They bring you free bread sticks and Marinara sauce as soon as you sit down, which is an incredibly nice touch. We'r drive from all the way across town to go here because we like it so much. They usually have a groin available too so you can get yourself a discount.
I understand they make really great pizza. I'm allergic to cow's milk so I can't say. They do, however, offer an impressive array of salads. Salads I'd be dying to try if my first one, a kale salad, hadn't had about a full cup of hard stems still included. If the prep cook had just taken the time to strip those leaves before chopping, it would have been a great plate. I fished them out as I went and it was a large pile of waste for a $10 salad. I'm hoping that was just an off day, it was early. And everyone who had pizza or subs from there was very very happy.
Good pizza. we ordered extra large with pepperoni and mushrooms I would say it is average with an average price, but in the worst thing happened. We saw a little mouse run under the booth next to us. Very friendly staff and they gave us a free round of drinks, but they deafly need to get the mouse problem fixed. It’s like a dive pizzeria.
