We recently had the pleasure of dining at Savory Vietnam Restaurant on West Alameda Avenue in Denver, CO, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hidden gem left an indelible mark on my taste buds with its delicious food, warm hospitality, and impeccable service. Savory Vietnam truly excels in delivering mouthwatering dishes that showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the noodle dishes, which were expertly prepared and bursting with freshness. The pork and beef options were equally impressive and flavorful. The Pho selection was a standout. Each spoonful was a symphony of flavors, and it was evident that the chefs had mastered the art of balancing taste and texture. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese pho or adventurous enough to try something new, Savory Vietnam has a soup to satisfy every palate. The combination of delicious food, a friendly host, and excellent service makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to savor the authentic flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

Wow! This place is great value for the quality of food you get here. The fish hot pot was sour and delectable, and the special com tam rice plate was huge! All the meats on the plate were delicious. This is a definite go-to if you are in the area.

The food is great! Try the Tofu, Spring rolls and any of the noodle bowls and egg rolls. The peanut sauce wasn't the best but I Want to try their hot pots and phó next!

This may be the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Denver metro area. Absolutely delicious and so many options. The restaurant is gigantic and certainly is a good venue for events as well. We had some of the items for spring rolls and definitely ate too much as everything was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone looking for good Vietnamese restaurant.

My family and I were on vacation from Louisiana and decided to give this place a go since there's also so many Vietnamese restaurants in New Orleans as well. Honestly, this Vietnamese restaurant is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever eaten in my entire life. You know a restaurant is on point when every dish ordered was a 10/10. I sadly don't remember what we ordered since it was just overwhelming, but if you want bomb service, bomb food, and bomb Vietnamese, COME HERE NOW!

Man oh man, whoever named this restaurant was 100% on target. Everything was so delicious and savory that I'm craving more as I type this! From New Orleans and this Vietnamese place did not disappoint! We ordered this buttery sauté'd escargot and this fondue/hot pot combination. Definitely recommend!! @phidingthefam

If you’re reading this review, drive to Savory Vietnam immediately! One of the best meals we’ve had in Denver. Amazing flavors from start to finish. The squid and pork belly in spicy fermented shrimp paste sauce was unlike anything I’ve ever had before— sweet, sour, spicy perfection. Fiancé got bo luc lac, some of the best we’ve had. Big chunks of tender filet in a tasty sauce. Egg rolls were excellent as well! Can’t wait to come back and explore the menu!

We visited near closing time, the service was still excellent and they did not rush us. All of the food tasted amazingly fresh, and was served with unique savory sauces including nuoc cham. The portions were massive!! Definitely left very full and happy, great food, great people. Best Vietnamese option in Denver!

Was there in early Nov ‘22 with very large group so didn’t enjoy food and service as much. So decide to give it another try with party of two. Service was fantastic, server was attentive and friendly. Food was fantastic even though we only ordered the hot pot with the banana blossom. Rice noodles was served as a side with a plate of fish sauce and jalapeños. I didn’t have to use the extra dip sauce as base is perfectly right amount of sour, sweet, tart and saltiness. Soup is very flavorful and tasty, portion is perfect for two, really enjoyed all the protein that come with order, minus the mussels/ not a fan (tasted so fishy and too earthy for my taste) will skip that next time. In comparison to early Nov ‘22, we ordered 20+ dishes, however I do recall some of the dishes (sorry didn’t have chance to take picx), shaking beef, caramelize short ribs, rau muống with garlic was flavorful. Will definitely go back to try various dishes again. Some of the food dishes are a bit on a pricey size, just like everything else lately 🙄

The quintessential Vietnamese eatery in the Denver metro area. The stock in Pho and soup based dishes is authentic and outstanding! The noodle bowls are light and loaded with fresh ingredients. Fresh spring rolls are always a great starter. Never disappointed, always a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Very authentic Vietnamese food with an extensive menu! Delicious pho and special noodle soup! We like to stop here for lunch/dinner after landing in Denver and before heading to Vail.

I saw videos on YouTube raving about this place and read great reviews. I planned on taking my family here on our brief trip to Denver. Asian moms are hard to please, especially when it comes to going out to eat at any restaurant. My Vietnamese mom approved and loved this place. We also ordered egg rolls since my brother likes to try the egg rolls at any Asian restaurant. to compare them with mom's. They brought a basket of veggies to wrap them in and nuoc mam (fish dipping sauce). They were delicious even though expensive. The bowls of soup we ordered were all huge --like train size. Bun rieu for mom, pho dac biet for bro, and bun bo Hue for me, and we were given all the fixins of meats and veggies. The plates of vegetables they provided matched our soups and were varied and generous! I had never seen this at any Viet restaurant before as they are stingy with veggies (since most people ditch/waste them). But our family loves them so we added and ate everything! The broth of the bun rieu and bun bo Hue was just right and very authentic--not super salty or bland compared to other places. The pho broth wasn't very flavorful but they added a lot of meat and noods per my brother, and the large is more like extra extra large. This place is authentic and legit. I highly recommend it and as a foodie, I'm very picky!

This is hands down my favorite noodle bowl restaurants in Denver. My boyfriend and I go here LITERALLY ONCE A WEEK. It's one of those places where you get the same thing on the menu every time because you love it so much. I get the tofu noodle bowl (NB14) and he get the combination bowl (NB4). The staff is nice and service is fast. I've only had one dish here, but highly recommend it :) We are going there in a few minutes and I'M SO EXCITED!

Their Bun Bo Hue was not the best and mediocre. Noodles were overcooked and breaking into pieces. The broth flavor wasn't as prominent as other places I've tried. However, their other Bun dishes were bombastic and super tasty! Service was super friendly and quick. I would recommend this place for their food.
