Great sandwiches, not just the usual run of the mill but also some interesting recipes/combinations that just really work! They also had other great deli options like pasta salads and soups! Glad this place was recommended to me for lunch! We had The Marshall and The Turnberry!

Most awesome experience my sandwich was awesome first time in and I am very happy.

My family member worked here and the managers were very rude, they had to work even when sick. They cut vegetables on the dining tables and not in prep kitchen. Lost of sketchy stuff behind the scenes. Eating here is risky at best. This was a couple years ago, but I can only hope it’s changed since.

Palmer's is always delicious. A legit deli in downtown Des Moines. The salads are fresh and the sandwiches are stuffed full. Make sure you get a cookie. And they cater.

Absolutely loved my experience here. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were served well. Very efficient restaurant too and lots of menu options with sandwiches, soups, salad, beverages. Amazing food and excellent staff providing excellent customer service.
