I do not really care for them these days. The lobby has never re opened and you are forced to only use the drive through. Other issues happened the last time I ordered from them. There’s a sign outside that says you are responsible to check your back before pulling away or it’s your fault you did

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered and paid through the app around 8 o’clock and it read my order would be ready soon. I took my time and went there around 8:30 to pick up my order and the person said that it was going to be a few minutes because they wanted to make fresh chicken strips
One of the worst fast food locations in the area.. They're not even busy but they're a bunch of vehicles waiting on orders in the parking lot because they don't want people waiting in the drive thru line..🤦👎👎 Waited here for 20 min for one chicken sandwich🤬🤬🤬
This Popeyes Chicken is the worst one I’ve ever had to deal with. I get up to the drive thru and there changing cash drawers. They said it’s going to be 3 or 4 minutes. I couldn’t stay there. They wanted me to drive around and wait on the other side of building. So I waited 5 minutes drive back up.

Online says 10, their window says 10. Someone answered the speaker and asked for my order, then no response. Drive up to window and they speak through the glass and say they're not open. Update your hours and don't roll your eyes and get sassy with customers.
