I love this location! They are always so kind, and very apologetic if there's a wait time. I've NEVER had an issue with my order, and I ALWAYS tip. There's a sign that says "please be kind, we are short staffed" on the drive up speaker, and it makes me so sad to think people are rude to these angels

I go to this Subway every now and then. They seem to have an issue with terminology. I got a sub sandwich with LIGHT MAYO in the drive through. She seemed confused when I asked that and it’s not the first time I’ve asked for it. I didn’t ask for cucumbers and got them anyway but my sandwich was DRIP

My husband and I come to this subway off and on, and usually get our sandwiched correct. Every once in a while we would ask for just a little salt and pepper only to get so much pepper it burns to eat. Today unfortunately my husband got cheese on his sandwhich after asking for NO cheese. Best experience we've had at the DL Subway in awhile!! Had to ask the sandwich artist her name!! Brandy was sooo amazing and kind!!! Best subs ever!!

I ordered a kids meal. I wanted everything on the sandwich. It was a great meal.

I rarely write reviews, but tonight was awful! We were asking the lady a couple questions about the subs, she wasn’t helpful, didn’t answer the question, extremely rude. Little lady with glasses… watch out. So close to walking out 😔

We stopped by to try their new Steak & Cheese foot long and it was fantastic! We were helped by a very polite young lady. The lobby was clean & tidy. Overall, we had a great experience and will surely be returning!

Been going here for years, decent service depending who's working. Watch out for when Emma makes sandwiches she will short you on the meat for some reason. Multiple times this has happened and I've seen it happen to others order infront of me.
