China Buffet - Detroit Lakes - Photo album

My family and I enjoy coming here. I just wish their was a bigger selection of hot food, dessert, and needs more to the salad bar but the coconut shrimp is usually pretty good.
Very disappointing. The cream cheese wontons were sour, the spring rolls were cold, used spaghetti noodles for the lo mein, the pop had no flavor it was like carbonation of nothing. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Definitely not coming back. What a waste of $87, you would think they would care wha
This was the worst buffet we've been to. All chicken dishes were super dry. Pork dish had a dish soup smell and taste. The oils the food was cooked in was rancid, on and on.....
Needs better Chinese food everything was hard and only Luke warm but I ate a couple things but the money I paid was not worth it. Please recycle the food better. And turn the heat upno reason for hard food.
We have gone to China Buffet a few times. We have always had quick and courtesy service. The price for the buffet is reasonable compared other places we have been too and has a nice variety. The food is warm, but can be slightly bland.
Very tasty tonight. The jalapeno chicken was perfect with large chunks. It was -13F tonight so not a lot of people there at 7PM, but then the dinner rush was probably earlier. As always the staff are always polite and courteous. Six more meals and we get a free one. How can you beat that?
I have came there for years always liked their food. Last buffet in detroit lakes, but the last 2 times i went there i knew it was my last time. Its not that they are $14 for supper but the food was all cold/ old.. I litterally saw a worker put food out into a pan and it was cold right from the kitc
Love love love this restaurant! Always used to go for school concerts and it was always so good. Continue to go and always have a good time and always eat good.
