This is one of the best fish places in Detroit they’ve been in their neighborhood for over 40 years their prices are reasonable the guys there are very friendly and sometimes it may take a little longer especially like on Fridays and Saturdays when they’re really busy but the food is worth the wait. you must tell them how you want your food to be cooked either, fried hard, or not fried hard. They have fresh vegetables, spices, condiments and fish and chicken batter.

Right, so we came to the preview of Market on the Ave. a couple of blocks away but there was NOTHING! We decided to drive up to Bosco's and have an impromptu picnic in the car. The owner was so friendly he gave us a can of Pepsi cuz we ordered for the very first time. Grandma is almost 90 and would have loved to bring the family here on the regular had we ever known about it before! Not too greasy; fluffy butterflied shrimp and sweet hush puppies; packets of cocktail sauce. Absolutely delightful. Doesn't have the "gurgle effect" Long John Silver always has. Definitely fresh, good seafood, a wide variety, and just a real gem in Detroit. I'm a huge Bangkok Cuisine and Noble Fish fan but this is just as amazing. I'll bring the other side of the family (the Polish side!). I'm giving it 5 stars partially because the shrimp is so nicely fried I ate all the tails (the other two didn't even try). They're light and crisp and didn't get sharp, gross, or chewy. I'm not a fan of eating shrimp tails even in tempura. NOT a pleasant experience.
