I think someone at The Potato Place is in love with me! My Chicken Alfredo Potato was made with pure love!!! Clean restaurant, friendly staff and awesome food!!! I’m definitely going back....again and again and again!!!
Great place! No need to worry about enough toppings here. You definately get your money's worth! Staff was friendly and service was pretty quick too!
This was my first time and I LOVED it. I'd seen it many times when driving my daughter back and forth to WSU and finally got to try it. The staff was fabulous and food was delicious. I got the shrimp Alfredo over potato if I had to have a negative it would be that the tables were smaller than the potatoes lol. I also want to compliment the entire staff for their commitment to customer service which has also been shown by the owner DeeDee to everyone on here that may have had a less than positive experience. Thank you for another great reason to visit the city of Detroit.

Potatoes are huge and delicious. I get the chicken and steak potato w/onions and green peppers, garlic butter, and mixed cheese
This place is great! If you can't find a potato you like, you aren't hungry. The potatoes are huge and loaded with toppings.
Oh my gosh, this place is delicious and has fast great service. I also got the frozen strawberry lemonade. Please understand me when I say the banana pudding pound cake was to die for. It was all delicious!!! I got the Veggie spud and just added my own veggies.
I work downtown Detroit and it is very difficult to find good food in the day time due to most restaurants being closed up until 4pm (due to COVID-19). THIS IS MY GO TO! I order directly from their website and delivery doesn't take long.

I always Order the House Potato Through DoorDash . It be Worth Every Penny, Then I be Full Off Half of what’s given so boom more bang for my buck I loved how this time it took only 35 mins usually with DoorDash I have to wait some time but man my food got to me fast hot . always well prepared
Super fast and friendly staff! Becca H was very nice and had awesome customer service! I got the Alfredo potato added broccoli, bacon and shrimp..which was delicious! The strawberry lemonade slush is amazing!! Huge portions I can eat on this for 2-3 meals! Overall awesome!!
A Must visit... Very nice staff! Potatoes are huge, can eat twice maybe three times off one Potato.... all kinds of treats plus hand packed shakes.
