Compared to all the other Biggby in the area they are always well staffed and have the best flavor brews available! They know everyone by name which always makes you feel welcome!
Absolutely fantastic people run and work at this establishment. They should run classes on the side to teach others how to effectively deal with customers. Can't say enough good things about the people here. The coffee is always excellent at Biggby's.

If they were not here for me I would probably die. They know how to fill my order when my caffeine depravation is so bad I forget how to speak English. Sometimes after twenty or more hours without sleep they have to talk me through how to use my Biggby card. They don't judge. All of the kids who work there know everybody's name and are awesome!
The customer service is excellent! The atmosphere is outstanding and comforting too

Biggby Coffee has established a successful nationwide chain of gourmet coffee shops for Take Out or Dine In. I recently reviewed their biggest “competitor” in the gourmet coffee space / sector. (Letting you guess what company that was…lol). Biggby here in DeWitt continues to deliver on a quality product, friendliness and the hometown charm that has always made DeWitt a special place!! Today, I had the Turkey Havarti Bragel Sandwich for just $4.99 and at just 458 calories, you can’t go wrong!! A delicious breakfast sandwich in a warm and cozy environment! Well Done!!

Went in on Sunday and it was my birthday so I tried to get my freebie that was emailed to me and the manager that was working on 06-25-23 till closing was being very rude to me and my stepmom then put toward a effort to have us call the help line that was already closed so it would have been no help to us.

Seems the expresso water may have been too hot today as the Americano with room and Lattie was a touch more bitter than usual despite not being strong enough. Had better coffee from this shop in the past.
Not a big fan since they went politically correct and changed their name but kudos are due. They were very helpful with a formal dress collection that my Daughter is doing for those who can't afford one . Thank you Beaners
