Arthur’s is the platonic form of a deli shop. Great service, a varied yet simple menu, and a neighborly atmosphere combine to create a superb dining experience. When I see the Pickle Man sit atop the Arthur’s sign in the parking lot, I understand why his grin is so large, for I am smiling too.

Our family has been fans of Arthur’s for a very long time. Delicious food no matter what time of day. However, we have been having less than stellar experiences with our potatoes from the Dixon location. Seems like they cannot get the ratio of cheese, bacon, and butter correct and you wind up with a bland, dry, less than adequate spud in a plastic dish. We will be ordering potatoes only from the Sterling location from now on, tonight was our 3rd strike with Dixon. (3/28)

Quality sandwiches, great service. They also have a nice selection of frozen yogurts and desserts. I met the owner (Scott) at this location, he seemed really nice.

This place is straight money, always busy. The people who work here will always take care of you and their food is always consistent. The only thing I could recommend. Expand the drive-through to fit more cars so we’re not sitting in Galena waiting.

We both had.one of potato bowls and both thought the quality of the food was excellent. Neat place and good for a quick bite.

Great atmosphere, and served cafeteria style. Good menu variety, with mostly baked potatoes and toppings, sandwiches, and pasta salads/soup. Food tasted great, and one serving was filling, though I did try several different things. Clean, quiet with nice background music, and reasonably priced in the $5-$10 range.

If your in town this is a staple!!! Love the veggie potato! The Quiche is always on point! Reg #4 is the best sandwich. Closed on Sundays. Quicker to go inside to pick up and go. Skip the drive thru. That averages 20 mins easy.
