Customer service was great and fast picking up an order as an Uber Eats Driver, but the outcome of what was supposed to be hot and fresh food turned out to be half warm. Food order was lukewarm when the customer received it. Just a slight suggestion on working on timing and food.
I went to this location on April 20, 2019 @ 3:55pm. The doors were locked despite the fact that they do not close until 4:30pm. The drive thru was open. I ordered a Ice coffee and was told "We are not making anymore ice coffee because we are about to close and I don't want the rest to go to waste."
This Dunkin Donuts is definitely a hit or miss. The only thing I get from here is coffee ( not because everything else is bad but because I just only want coffee). I usually go to this Dunkin Donuts because the prices are better than the ones around it.
I went there today to get a coffee for my mom some donuts and to refill my dunkin donuts coffee thermal and i had a good experience..i walked in, immediately i got greeted and taken care of and the girl working the drive thru was so nice and she was smiling from when i got there till when i left and
THEY NEED SOME NEW CASHIERS & DRIVE THRU OPERATORS CAUSE YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND SHE'S ALMOST PUSHING THE ORDER AT YOU AND NO RECIEPTS. SHE'S KEEPING YOUR MONEY DUNKIN DONUTS & IF YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER SHE SAYS THEY'RE NOT THERE
