Meh. We stopped for a couple drinks, breakfast sandwiches and some donuts for the next day.. (a good excuse to get rid of the gift cards) They somehow managed to mess up one of their best (and has to be easiest) menu item - hash rounds. They were luke warm and soggy. Went to redeem my free beverage reward and was charged $.25 for almond milk. I've been a customer for years and have never been charged extra for almond milk. I guess I get penalized for having a milk allergy. This is my sign that I've spent WAY too much money here and am not a valued customer. Time

I used the Dunkin Donuts app to order to-go ahead and picked up in the drive thru which made my experience convenient and quick. The cold brew coffee was great but I'll skip the Wake Up Wrap next time because it was not hot or that tasty.
Ordered mobile order and when I arrived it still took and little longer than normal. Once I received my order an item was missing. I was on my way to work and couldn't return to fix the issue and receive my missing item.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Not too busy at the time. They selection of donuts could have been better, but it was fine for what I needed. The tall handsome guy at the register helped a lot.
