Got two half decaf coffees. It was so burnt it was ridiculous. Hotter than usual from sitting there stale. I asked if she could make two new ones and she starts arguing w me that she just made it. This is the 2nd time. Same girl. She handed it to us immediately, so we know it was old. We just drove
It's a nice dunkin. Definitely understaffed but it's still quick. They should definitely hire more people the employees looked stressed.

Wished they open the lobby. Sick of wasting gas sitting in drive threw for 20 mins. Never mind when they get your regular coffee wrong 7 out of 10 times. And you got to wait in drive thru again.
Just as quickly as this store got their stuff together, they fell back off.
Constant line wrapped to the street. Orders are incorrect more than half of the time. And now they close at 1pm on random days, some days they aren't open at all.
