Cadence Kitchen - Downers Grove - Photo album

My new favorite restaurant in Downers Grove! This is a sister restaurant to Foxtail which is on Main Street. Fabulous, refreshingly new menu offerings. So many great items that sounded good, I know we'll be back to try more of them. Great cocktail offerings as well. Our server was very knowledgeable
We hosted a work event at Cadence Kitchen had an exceptional experience. After discussing budget and expectations, the team ran with it from there. The entire event went perfect and all the guests had a great time.
The Lobster Potholes were interesting and delicious. The salmon was outstanding, as was the spicy shrimp and polenta ( a bit spicier than I expected though). We shared the apple tart with ice cream, which was also outstanding. It was so good, I went back a few days later with friends! Great pl
Had a few drinks and some food. The special of the day was pumpkin soap, which was so savory. I 100 percent recommend. I also got the salmon which was tasty. Ended up getting a jalapeño vodka drink, which was not amazing. I kept having to spit out the seeds of a jalapeño which was a bit annoying. En
First time here-went for the beer tasting dinner & it was fantastic!! It was a 6 course menu, each one delicious. We were both so full afterwards! Each beer complimented the meal perfectly. The portions were more than adequate. The lobster roll was perfect, the filet with mole sauce was my favorite
Cadence was a delightful lunch stop. It will be extremely difficult to beat their salads. Overall, a remarkable lunch experience. 😋🍽️
Came here with a group of friends and had the best time. The girl on fire drink is killer. Perfect amount of sweet with spice. The whipped ricotta with honey was amazing. Definitely recommend. Been back and it's still just as good. The Sheppard's pie is so good. Came back again and got the short rib
The drinks and food was amazing. Our waiter had a great personality and was gave great suggestions on what to drink, but didn't give us the specials for appetizers before we already ordered them. Crab beignets we to die for. We also had burrata and scallops and ceaser salad. The scallops were perf
Amazing! Some of the dishes are standard (but done spectacularly), like burger, salads. Others are creative and a little more out of the box like the whipped ricotta and fried cauliflower. The cocktails are 🤩.
We truly enjoyed our brunch today! Reserved a table for a small birthday celebration, got 4 sharebles and a cobb salad for 3 of us and liked each dish served! Also, complimentary birthday drink was - wow great! Place and service were excellent!
Plenty of space for larger groups and the music’s a comfortable volume; meaning this is a great space for getting together with your friends and family! The outdoor space seems lovely too, especially in good weather. Clean bathrooms, friendly service, great drink selection; only desire would have b
Date night on Saturday. Sam was our server and she was great. Bacon dates were top notch and the Bison burger was packed with flavor. But the brisket Mac and cheese crushed it.
I had a Sunday brunch here with my girlfriend, and it was a great experience. The food is really great, I loved the Burrata and my steak salad.
Another delightful place for a church Men's Luncheon. We opted for outdoor seating so we moved some umbrella's about to keep some of us geezers out of the sun. Food was delicious. Our server was young and new. Some of us were more understanding than others but I think we all still had a wonderfu
The food was really good and loved the menu. Will be back to try more of the small plates. Had a really nice cocktail as well. Great place for lunch!
Cadence's outdoor seating is unmatched - off the main street, large, and well shaded. Their menu is always rotating with old favorites always an option as well. The staff are always friendly. A heads up, there have been some AC issues lately, so opt for the patio if the weather is nice.
We were happy to see a revised menu at this location. 3 of us ordered the waygou beef. All agreed someone must have spilled the salt shaker into the meat. Sirloin steak sandwich was heavy on the horse radish. I recommend you ask for it on the side. Other than that , excellent service and great atmos
