Love!! We used to go to bucks county seafood however they tanked. This is our new favorite and everything has been delicious. We have been back a few times now and it hits every time.
The new owners made this place freakin awesome. Always the freshest seafood you can get in the area by far and awesome specials. Andreas Calamari is a must order app- Gumbo is awesome and my usual fried flounder is better and fresher than anywhere I’ve ever had around the jersey shore. If you haven’t been there since the change in ownership give it a shot, you’ll be happy to see you have access to that type of quality and freshness in this area!
Lobster Claw doesn't disappoint. The new owners are now expanding into incredible specials, including an array of chicken sandwiches which are the best around town. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. Homemade carrot cake is so good.

LOBSTER ROLLLLLLL. It's so delicious and it's so fresh. They don't skimp on the lobster. You won't leave disappointed! I also got a side of their potato salad, which was also delicious. My husband got the broiled scallops and those were amazing too! They deep fry everything fresh so it's not soggy. We ordered takeout and ate outside, and it was just perfect.
I have eaten here at least a dozen times this year and try to order different items each time and every meal is absolutely delicious! Friendly staff, fresh seafood, excellent service a true seafood gem of a restaurant.
The lobster roll was good, fresh and clean taste, not too much mayo. It's on a potato roll not a split top. We bought some of the lobster salad to go because we liked it on the roll. Maryland crab cake was ok, but on salty side. Bay fries were much too salty for our taste. Service was good, friendly staff. Will return for lobster.
AMAZING!! Had the fish and chips meal, and coconut shrimp app. Very very good! Prices are what you would expect from great seafood, not over priced, fresh seafood and great sides! A must try if your in the area!
We arrived to the restaurant 20 minutes before they were going to close, and they happily greeted and welcomed us in! They allowed our six year old to explore their seashell display, and all of the staff smiled as we found our table. Best lobster roll I’ve ever had, and the rest of the family loved their food as well! Quick, friendly service, they never made us feel rushed, and it was such a nice atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back to Lobster Claw!
Ordered takeout last Friday, did the family meal. The food was ready on time, the restaurant was pretty busy so I'm glad we opted for takeout vs dine in. They have plenty of options assuming you want seafood of course 😉. The family meal has a mix of fried shrimp, flounder, scallops and a couple crab cakes. You also get potato salad and a couple sides plus sauces. The food was excellent, the crab cakes had plenty of crab vs filler. The price for the food was reasonable for what you get. If you're thinking seafood the Claw would be a great choice.
Drove over an hour to try this place and was not disappointed! The lobster bisque was delicious and obviously homemade. The Connecticut style lobster roll had huge pieces of lobster in and was also amazing. And the prices were great too! I've spent time on the coast in Maine and the quality was just as good as the lobster from there. Will definitely return!
Went here for the first time last Friday, ordered a Connecticut style lobster roll and a take home container of lobster bisque soup. The lobster roll was a straight up delicacy. Can't wait to return for another one ASAP! The best lobster roll i've had outside of Maine, period!

Tonight we had dinner here for the first time and the food was phenomenal. We were greeted by the new owners Andrea and Paul. My wife and I both each got a lobster roll and agreed it was the best lobster roll we ever had outside of Cape Cod. The lobster was fresh with good size chunks, with the perfect amount of mayo and seasoning on a perfect lightly toasted roll. We also shared the coconut shrimp that was probably the best we've ever had, it was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I love how old school the restaurant is it reminded me of my youth days in Philly and growing up to similar type of restaurants in the city. We will definitely be back again to try the other amazing offerings and we are looking forward to see what the new owners have planned for this amazing establishment.
My husband and I had a delicious dinner at the Lobster Claw tonight. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back! The prices were very reasonable, the portions perfect, and the service was impeccable!! Their New England clam chowder was the best I have ever had.
I HIGHLY recommend you try this gem in Doylestown!!

This is just an excellent seafood restaurant. You know you've come to the right place when one of the owners (Paul) greets you warmly as soon as you walk through the door. I was seated promptly by the hostess who was friendly, pleasant, efficient, and very professional.
THey have an extensive menu with some intriguing daily specials. This trip I stuck to the basics. I had the Clam Chowder and the Fried Flounder platter. Both were excellent. The food was served promtly and was the right temperature.
The chowder was terrific but I especially liked the fried flounder. It was very tasty and fresh. The french fried onion rings were also excellent. Portions were large and the pricing was extremely fair.
Service was terrific. The server was also friendly, pleasant, efficient, and very professional. The other owner (Andrea) stopped by my table and we had a very nice conversation.
The Lobster Claw is why you should shop local as often as possible. You almost never get the same warm friendy atmosphere, level of service, or food quality from a chain. I will happily return to the Lobster Claw and return often.
The lobster claw is a small seafood restaurant in the back of a seafood market. They offer dine in and take out. The food was delicious and moderately priced for a seafood place. The owner was personable and came and chatted with us personally. I would recommend The lobster claw.

My company had a celebration for a retiree and they decided on lobster rolls. They were so amazing and really got me into lobster! I enjoyed the tenderness but there was a lot more lemon or something than there should have been. Still great to try! Will definitely go to the actual store sometime!
