Nice atmosphere, it was even quite busy on Tuesday morning. I went with my stepson for coffee after having blood tests. The waitress was super nice and patient with us. He had a delicious hot chocolate and I had a Chai Late. For food, we ordered a Sandwich for him that came with a small bowl of grapes and one for me, accompanied by sauteed vegetables. Everything was delicious and well served. The chocolate mousse pie was also delicious. The pistachio pie, too. Also the pasta and the French meat pot with mashed potatoes are amazing.

They have spiral croissants!!! They are actually pretty good. Very flakey, buttery and decadent. I had the pumpkin pecan one and it was super good! It had something like a pumpkin pie filling and a sweet frosting on the outside. The coffee was way too sweet but their lattes have definitely gotten better. This is still one of my favorite places to stop for a midday treat and coffee :)

Adding two reviews into one for this review. This past week we had gourmandise catered into work. There were so many lunch box options. I ordered in a strawberry walnut salad. It was BEAUTIFUL!! So colorful & it was so fresh. I loved the vinaigrette dressing that came with this salad. Portion size was perfect. The petit almond horn dessert included in this box was amazing! it was like a cakey cookie. Everyone at work was talking about how delicious it was. I missed out on a picture of this. Two days later I ended up going here on a date to grab dessert. The building is beautiful. There is plenty of parking so that wasn’t an issue. They have so many desserts to pick from so it was kind of hard deciding on just one. I picked the peach dessert which resembles a peach made with two sweet brioche rolls, soaked in a peach syrup with cream custard in the middle. I didn’t realize it was soaked in a peach syrup until I was eating it. The top was pretty good, not super peachy. The bottom was more peachy but the sogginess of it, wasn’t my jam. I ended up not finishing it. I wish I would have read the description better when ordering. My date ordered a cinnamon honey crème brûlée. He really enjoyed it. They brûléed the sugar on the top as you order it. This was pretty fancy & cool watching them do this. I tried a little bit & it was pretty good! Fun to try a different kind of crème brûlée instead of the usual kind. I Definitely recommend this place for the salads & your sweet tooth cravings. They have so many delicious looking treats to choose from!!

Decent food, just over priced a bit. I got their burger and fries $16 I believe and better value at astro burger getting their astro burger. My wife got their beef stew and it was OK, no phenomenal flavors, more bland. Super nice servers, but I think their burger needs to be either fancier, or more fancy fries, or something to stand out for that price, but it's just an ok burger. It's all decent food, but just over priced I think. I won't be back.

My new fav for Sunday Brunch!!! I loved the atmosphere and the food was very good. I had the Polenta Benedict and my husband got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. They have Gluten-Free options and also vegan..and I wanted to try everything on the bakery. I will definitely come back!

Great cakes (we have tried most flavors, and they are all delicious). Well elaborated. Fruit tartalette is delicious and made with fresh fruits. In the picture, the maracuyá with passion fruit cake feels fresh and has a summery flavor, a little dry, but it compensates with original flavor and colors.

We picked up a variety of pastries for an at home tea party after Thanksgiving with daughters and granddaughters. We just moved to Salt Lake so we didn't know where to go to get a high quality selection. We were not disappointed. We got about 7 different things and every single one was divine. I won't even tell you which ones I loved because given our experience I am sure if you pick what you like it will be amazing! We will be back!

Love the one in SLC, thought I'd try Draper. This restaurant is so pleasantly decorated, the dessert cases are front and center. The menu is really, really good. The restaurant was jam packed, long wait, always worth it. I got to pick from the lunch or brunch menu. Had the brisket with poached egg and brisket on a biscuit. Just so good!

It was hard to decide what to order, there were so many good choices. I tried the French Country stew over garlic mashed potatoes. It was excellent. My wife had her usual onion soup and Monte Cristo. The pastry displays are beautiful. Of course we bought pastries to go!

This steak salad is amazing! Would have had pictures of the curry chicken salad sandwich, onion soup, salmon sandwich and beef stew but the family wasn’t waiting for picture time. Great food! And the desserts!! Sheesh! Too good!

Always love a brunch at Gourmandise. They have good coffee, prices are decent (mind you I'm used to Boston pricing, but $20 for a coffee, entree, and pastry is a steal), and service is quick for how busy it can get. Since they don't take reservations, try and get there early for breakfast on the weekends. I really enjoyed their Egg and Polenta benedict, and the Brioche French toast was wonderful as well. Great place for brunch with your girlfriends or a causal coffee date

Omg this was sooo good! Great service even though they were super busy for dining In. The hostess helped us right away as we walked in and let us know we could just go up to the dessert case. Everything looked soo good. It was so hard to choose. I've been to alot of bakeries and had ok desserts but this one hit the spot. So freaking good! Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful ambiance and delicious food! I got both the French toast and avocado toast with Friend for breakfast. I wanted both sweet and savory and I was happily satisfied on both fronts. I loved multiple flavors on each dish. Beautiful presentation great service. I will Definitely dine here again on my next trip to this area.

Oh my, what a lovely experience. The menu had so many luscious sounding choices it was hard to choose- and that wasn’t even dessert! It was a bit slow, but the door signed warned as such. Attentive to water (which was great), and brought everything perfectly, even checking is I could get a substitution. ( I couldn’t, but she tried to make alternate suggestions) I had the Blueberry/ spinach sandwich - and tomato soup. So good! My husband loves, and was filled , with the brisket grilled cheese and pomme Fritas. Highly recommend.

Great choice of the pastries and bakery goods. Their menu seems quite overpriced. Usually I get the avocado toast but every time I do I feel like it was a huge waste of money. Plus they put too much oil on it. But I love going there to get their pastries and baked items for special occasions. My daughter loves the kids menu turkey sandwich.

Our waitress was a sweetheart. The food was good, atmosphere was good, and we didn’t have much of a wait. We sat next to the drive thru and it seemed like a lot of the cars were waiting a long time at the window. Just be prepared if you’re in a rush and call ahead to pick up inside to save a few minutes.
