They just opened and also our first time to dine here. The place is clean and they are polite. We ordered fried chicken wings and their special Combo Pho and Short Ribs. Perfectly fried wings and the rib bone has a lot of meat. I recommend this place and will go back here again.

Super quick service; very generous portion sizes (we needed to pack leftovers for all 3 orders) and hot delicious food ! Even though the restaurant was very busy during the lunch hour, service was fast and fresh. Highly recommend!

We originally ordered the vermicelli bowls because the place we wanted to order from was closed, but now we've ordered from here about 4 times since then. We ordered the egg rolls the first time and while we liked how big they were, they had almost no flavor apart from the massive amounts of oil there was. The chicken is always good but there's just SO. MUCH. SPROUTS. like I like sprouts but I always get to the end and there's still more sprouts than anything else. Otherwise no complaints, I like this place.

Convenient no thrills mom and pop pho place that has been off the Dublin San Ramon Valley Blvd exit for years. Great to eat in or do take out. Service is fast. Food is served hot. Pho Saigon does do grilled meats and their fried chicken wings well. Usual variety of pho and noodle soup options, rice plates, cold rice noodle (bun), appetizers and a large selection of fresh fruit smoothies, Vietnamese iced coffee (strong cold brew) and drinks (including boba) to choose from. There is not one bad thing on the menu. Portions are good size for the price.

As a Vietnamese who makes homemade Pho regularly, I would say this is BEST PHO place in Tri Valley. I tried it yesterday for the first time. Highly recommend. You will not regret. :)

I got the Mi Dac Biet and it was sooo good!! (This is the first time I ever got this dish so take my enthusiasm with a grain of salt. I may or may not adjust the rating after trying the dish at other places.) They give a very healthy portion of food and meat (I only got the regular size and I was still super full) The service and cleanliness wasn't bad for a pho restaurant and even though it was packed, we were still all able to get our food relatively quickly. Another plus: they let us split the bill 6 ways! I'm a fan and will come back soon!

The food was authentic but service was mediocre. My mom accidentally spilled the soup but no one offer to clean up for us.

We tried the combo short rib pho. It fed 2 people comfortably, which is a huge plus, and a generous short rib. The con, the short rib was on the tougher side. It's advertised as having a bunch of types of meat, but it's not well distributed: a 1/2 meatball, one piece of tendon. The rest of the meats were reasonable. The soup was good, mostly a meaty beef stock and not particularly spiced. It was on the salter side of things. Unlike some places where the soup is good alone, here, the basil really brightened the soup up. Personally would have liked a bit of cilantro, too. Take out was well packaged. Ordering online was easy. The system does not tell you when the order is ready, however. We just showed up when we were tired of waiting. In short, one of the better pho we tried in the tri-valley. Would skip the short rib and go for a standard offering. Will be back!

If you ever in the Trị-Cities area, and yearning for a delicious bowl of Phở, a rice plate, a bowl of egg noodle and some delicious appetizers…please stop by Phở Saigon in Pleasanton. Phở Saigon is located in a shopping plaza with a lot of parking spaces. The restaurant is very modern and clean compared to other Vietnamese phở restaurants. The service is very excellent and the food portions are very generous. I ordered the Combo Rib phở, egg rolls and a Vietnamese coffee and it doesn't disappoint! I highly recommended this place whenever you’re in the area! 👍🏻

We have been going this restaurant when they were in Dublin, and now in Pleasanton. We always order the #2 Pho and the fried egg rolls. Their broth is tasty and the brisket is tendered.

Definitely would recommend if you’re in the area. Got the #2 and flavor of the pho broth was perfect and not extremely salty or bland. The secret star is there hot sauce tho, check it out. Fire. And no, not the sriracha one
