The Chophouse has been on my list of places to go for ages. I remember sampling the steak at Taste of Dublin. The food is top quality, it's the best meal I've had without question. I'd vote for the steak as one of the best in Ireland. Not a fancy restaurant but enjoyed a few pints and and some nice cocktails. Wine list is pretty decent too. Staff were also really nice, down to earth and plenty of chat. Such a nice touch when they brought out a cake for my wife as it was her birthday. I genuinely can't wait to come back, definitely gonna try the Sunday lunch.

One of the most divine food experiences I’ve had. The cocktails were excellent! We had the cherry blossom and the maple old fashioned, they were perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and service was excellent! Definitely recommend if you are visiting Dublin. If I could rate more I would rate 12/10!

We had a team dinner here. It was a nice atmosphere with polite waiters. The food is also amazing. I had duck breasts, it was well flavored.

Was actually headed to another restaurant it they were full so they recommended The Chophouse. I was promptly greeted as I entered. I did not have a reservation and it was 7 pm on a Friday night but they gave me a lovely table in the bar area. They bring water to the table. They had a great cocktail list. And many beers and wines. I ordered the fish and chips. It arrived quickly and was piping hot. The portion size was perfect. And the flavor was delicious. Several servers took care of me and they were all very friendly. I would definitely one back.

The best meal I had in Ireland! We were a group of 7 and everyone chose something different from the menu. We each tasted each others plates and not one of them had a single thing wrong with them. All perfect. The wine selection is great, after dinner cocktails (fantastic espresso martini) and great vibes with the staff and ambiance. I tell everyone I know visiting Dublin about this restaurant. Our group was visiting from Toronto Canada.

This was amazing food , the best fish and chips we ever ate. The fish board was also fantastic as was the duck. The house guiness and treacle bread was also gorgeous. Service was friendly , attentive and professional from our lovely waitress. The dining area was very tastefully decorated and toilets were spotless with nice touches. Looking forward to returning already

My wife and I had an amazing dinner of steaks 🥩. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was superb, and the general atmosphere was jovial. Definitely one of the best culinary experiences in Dublin (and there are quite a few).

The Chop House is a fantastic restaurant. The standout feature has to be their lamb—it's undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a great ambiance that adds to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a fan of lamb.

What a delightful meal! And it was wonderful host my ex-wife, for our first post-divorce get-together. My tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly (blú!), and the dessert was apple crumble, like our marriage. How did I get stuck with the bill, thought?
