I feel like this place is always hit or miss in terms of food quality. Service is usually great so no loss of points there but like today we had a plate of all kinds of meats and some of them were good and some were super dry and rubbery like they'd been under a heat lamp for hours. The chicken I could barely get my fork to pierce and we ended up just leaving it. We really like this place but we would hope for a little more consistency in the quality. *Not entirely sure how many visits we're up to now but glad we decided to revisit. The service has always been pretty good but we had trouble the first few times we came finding spectacular tastes. We have come a few times recently for happy hour (all day on some days apparently) and for less than $50 this time the two of us had some very tasty mac and cheese and a pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich and a few cocktails as well as an appetizer. Everything was especially good and nothing was just kinda meh. So either the kitchen has stepped up their game... Or we finally figured out the right things to order or some combination of those factors. *Third visit Been back a couple times now and the verdict is still about the same. The food is pretty good but not amazing. The service is generally saccharine but not terrible. The one bartender we sensed was especially warm and sincere was named Melissa if you sit at the bar and want good service. I would really like to come here some day and find the one dish to order that's the best thing. Every time I ask a server what the best thing is or what they would order I generally get a lot of hedging and well... This is popular and that's popular but no strong, confident "oh my god you have to try this on the menu!" Which I am coming to think means there isn't that on the menu. I think they need to come up with a blow your mind recipe. Pretty much everything about the experience we had I would put in the category of like but not love. The menu is pretty big though and many items on it sounded appealing so maybe when we go back we might stumble on to the love.

Very tasty! I came at a slow time, so my service was good. Parking not bad- large lot near Target. I ate the happy hour small plates including a wedge salad. All of it delicious. I topped it off with an Irish Coffee. The menu looked fantastic I hope to try more in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Delicious BBQ. Our server, Danica, and the manager on staff were awesome. The dishes we ordered were flavorful and the meat had a really good smoky taste. There are 3 signature sauces to choose from ranging from mild to medium to hot. They give you large portions of food and the staff go the extra mile to make certain you are satisfied. The decor was entertaining and the images gave the place a southern artisitc feel.

Amazing experience all around! We made reservations for a Sunday night a day in advance and there was sufficient availability. The Saturday before, there were no more reservations available with short notice, and the normal wait would have been approximately 45 min. Today's visit was worth waiting a day. We were seated at our table within 5 minutes of arriving (keep in mind we had a reservation), and the restaurant will text you once when you make your reservation, and again when you arrive. Good use of technology. The ambiance in the restaurant is fun and eclectic, but not over the top. The lighting is cozy but not too dark. Our first "server" was actually the manager (although we didn't know it at the time). She took the time to give us a little orientation to the restaurant and their "mission," and took our order for drinks and appetizers. Within a few minutes, our regular server stopped by to apologize for his "delay" (although there was hardly a delay at all), and made sure we had everything we needed for the moment. He didn't hesitate to bring us our biscuits, which were to die for. After we placed our order for our meals, they were brought out rather quickly, despite the claim that the restaurant was very busy. Everything we ate and drank was some of the best food we've had in a long time. The price point is a little higher than some other places we're used to going to, so we'll probably save Lucille's for special nights out, but we are so excited to try everything on the menu. Since they specialize in BBQ, I definitely recommend giving one of those BBQ meals. They have 3 specialty sauces at every table to try with your BBQ. it's hard to save room for dessert, but there are some amazing ones to try. I had the fresh watermelon margarita with my BBQ, which was refreshing and very tasty. Just enough watermelon flavor, but not syrupy or too sweet. Highly recommended; we will be back MANY times!

To be honest, being in this place even before it became Lucille’s and enjoyed my time here and now, with this southern enhancement this place became much homier. Pure southern BBQ place with amazing selection of meats off the grill, pork prevails. Nice Happy Hour timing Mon-Fri 3 PM to closure. Make sure you try Lucille’s half and BBQ rib tips. One of the most important aspects of this place is service and hospitality - always friendly smile and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks, Brian for the great service and outstanding marketing of Lucille’s with gift and scratch cards. Will see you soon again!

Great food, and great service! My wife and I ordered the Feast For Two, and it was plenty of food as you can see. It also included an appetizer, and a dessert. Needless to say, we brought most if it home as leftovers. The biscuits with the apple butter are great as well. I highly recommend going!

Cheerful ambiance, we went there for lunch over the weekend. We walked in prior weekend and there was one hour wait.. this time I booked a table online through thier website, prior day. This is new location, opened about 2-3 weeks ago. On the pricier side, 4 ppl with food and drinks costed about 100 bucks BBQ sausage was great, my sandwich I think it was Kansas style, I didn't like it much. Very sweet and cheesy for a sandwich. Meat platter was good. Do try watermelon lamonade. Buscuits were great. Service was attentive, but suffering from new, popular, busy syndrome (not able to keep up which is understandable), missed my sandwich order, but we're kind to take it off the bill.
