the breakfast wasn't very good compared to other times that I visited I don't know what changed because this was one of my favorite burger places. Oh, this was a first time for us eating breakfast.

Food is good. Customer service is good. The only thing i believe they could work on, is how long it takes to acknowledge a customer and how long I waited for a salad. I don't know if I am the only one ,but so far I have been there 3 times. All three times it took at least 5 min before anyone acknowl

The food was great! My milkshake was perfect! There was a good bit of waiting but they were busy so that was expected. The only problem I had was our server, every single thing we ordered was wrong. She didn't enter it in correctly. Im sure she was tired but, at least try. I'll go back and just

We won't be back. The floor was dirty and slippery, seen several people almost fall. The food took forever to get and half of it wasn't right. The fries were cooked to a crisp. The waitress never offered a refill. I'm sure we won't be back.........

As far as I'm concerned steak and shake is better than your average hamburger and if you want a specialty hamburger it's worth the extra price but the one thing you get at steak and shake that you do not get at McDonald's or Wendy's or anything like that is good service. At least that was my experie
