The Wendy’s in DuBois is newly renovated inside and out. They have done an incredible job creating a bright and warm environment. I ordered a chicken salad and it was excellent!! I was truly impressed. The service was friendly and fast. The drink station has a vast selection to choose from. Plus there is ample seating.

My husband and I were there 6/25/22 for dinner. We were there approximately 4 pm. The manager on shift was extremely rude and degrading to her employees, 1 in particular. They were not busy and 2 of her employees were chatting, she said hey little boy how about you stop talking, the employee he was talking to said he was just telling me about, but the manager interrupted and said I don't care, shut up. Later on someone else was talking and someone said be quiet I don't want to get in trouble. By calling the employee a little boy in front of customers was uncalled for and degrading. She Should not be a manager!!! If she wasn't like that then maybe they wouldn't have a sign on the door that says now hiring 15 year Olds. People would stay if it was a good work environment. If she were my manager, she would be fired.

This Wendy's is always busy so they must be doing something right. Workers are very quick and efficient, making the wait not too long. Fries and food are always hot, hot!

Always enjoy eating here! The counter person was having a bad day, so I tried to encourage him that bad days pass. He just smiled. We usually have our grandkids with us & they like Wendy's as well!

Wendy's is the only place in town that has a really long line at lunch time. I'm talking about a wait time of a half hour, so you know something it's a really Good Place to go, if Everyday that line is like that, and it is!!!

Good service! Friendly staff! As a large family, we are used to waiting for our order to be put together. Not only was our order put together very quickly, despite the fact that it was a full house in addition to someone going around asking customers whether they needed anything else, half through our meal someone stopped by and offered a free sandwich to our family. Very nice touch to an already superb experience!

We are very disappointed in the remodel of the restaurant. It has lost the family friendly feel that it had and is now just another blah, fast food joint like McDonald's ..... cold looking and uncomfortable designed so that you don't want to stay. The food is the same Wendy's food and quality but for the price there are other places in DuBois where you can get a better burger for much less money served to you by a waitress. I find myself rarely eating here now. It just isn't a good value for the buck.

The place was great!! Clean, great food....but most of all, the staff was so polite and helpful. They even took our trash from our table for us. Just a fantastic place to eat.

Great food and great customer service. Just went through the drive-thru and had a small mistake with one of our burgers. When we let the manager know she so nice and replaced our burger fast with no problems.

My husband and I are wedding photographers and we always meet our clients here, bringing new business to Wendy’s; and because we’ve never felt unwelcome here. We love the staff and the food so much! Just today my husband and I are meeting clients and ordered lunch before they arrived. We ordered salads and I have to say, they are the best salads we’ve ever had!! Thank you!! ��

Honestly the best Wendy’s we’ve ever been to! We were passing thru from MI to CT. Super clean, very friendly staff. Outdoor eating area was adorable! Kudos to the owners or management, great job!

The best Wendy’s we have been to in a long time. Very efficient and polite. Liked that they had a very nice woman walking around asking if everything was ok and could she do anything for us. The food was also good.

been having issues when i order and ask for no mayonnaise on my sandwiches because it makes me sick and 30% of the time i can get it without mayonnaise. today i just ordered 2 spicy chickens with no mayonnaise and i cant eat them!

We went through the drive-thru in two seperate cars, and we both ordered Spicy Chicken Nuggets and they gave us regular ones! I can understand making a mistake once but for TWO SEPARATE CARS!? If you ran out then you should've told us you were out not changed our order!

so im at wendy in dubois pa to get a sandwich for charles after work , i pull up to the drive thru the lady in the intercom is give me your order ! not hello , may i help you etc etc .... im like really ..... how rude, order the sandwich 8 dollars the girl at the window has her hand out for the money before i even pull around , staring at me like really your not ready your holding me up keep in mind this is a slow time of the day no one else is even in line in front or behind me .... rude again ..... NEEDLESS TO SAY LET THEM KNOW HOW RUDE N IMPOLITE IT IS TO RUSH PEOPLE N I MEAN REALLY IM PAYING 8 DOLLARS FOR U TO THROW A SANDWICH N UR RUDE BEHAVIOR AT ME ! — at Wendy's.
