I chose to dine in at this McDonald's. The drive thru had about 6 cars. Inside was very clean and there was no line to order. Food was brought to my table in just a few minutes.
Major issue, food was cold. The French fries were not crispy or warm. The burger patties were mildly warm and the cheese
They argue with you if they give you cold coffee mention to be hot. I get my coffee this way every day it's not cold because of the cream. 8 out of 10 times they mess up my order.
We were there Monday June 27th around 3:30 and the person who took our order and the person who was taking food orders out to the cars were super friendly. Great customer service.
Morning service is awesome 👌 3 ladies and that young man are wonderful. NOW anything later, approximately 3pm or after into the night, worst service. Idk how many 'diet cokes' I've got, that were regular or random dr.pepper?!? Got 1 cheeseburger 🍔 Happy meal, 1. NO CHEESE IN IT. 2. ASKED FOR DOUBL
It's very enjoyable when the food is fresh; which isn't always a guarantee. Some days you go everything runs smoothly and others you're waiting a while for something that's just going to come out mediocre. Ex. Told to pull up because they were waiting on the steak bagel.. yet it was cold when we got
Okay food. Forgot my dipping sauce(always does) fries were cold. Service was super slow. Also advertised on the window $1 any size soft drink, yet I got charged $1.49 for a large soft drink.
Fast service for as busy as it was. Facilities were well maintained. Staff was reasonably friendly
Broke my valve stem in my tire when i hit a pothole here a couple weeks ago easy fix so didn't worry about it but its nice to see they saw the problem and are fixing the parking lot now!
