Friendly dealers and staff! Good conversation and overall table atmosphere. Love to play blackjack, I travel here while working from Maddison. I haven’t had an issue getting a seat at a table game or finding an open machine. Everyone that I have noticed the three times I have visited... have been following the mask mandate, and there are sanitation stations around every corner of the casino. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and a quick and easy ride.
Their outdoor concerts are great! They generally have a lot of good artists and it is never too crowded. If you like to be up front, it’s pretty easy to get up there.
I don't go to casinos much but this place is decent. I love that they have a dog track. Good place to watch the game, bet on some dogs, and have a beer.
My friends and I came to the Q casino for a concert and we all has an amazing experience! The staff was great and helpful, definitely would come back
I enjoy travelling to this casino from Illinois to escape all of the regulations and get a sense of freedom! The pit bosses and dealers are all friendly. Very good food and beer selection. Highly recommended!
Good covid-19 protection in place. Staff was friendly and cleaning and disinfecting all the time. Only downside is the smoke. Knew that going in so not much to say about that.
