I've come in a couple times in the past couple weeks for different things, but I have been here quite a bit before. One was on a Wednesday night by myself and the other was on a Sunday night with my parents for my mom's birthday.
Both times I've come in, I appreciated the service. I sat at the bar the first time. The second time I came in, we were seated upon arrival. Orders were taken fairly quickly with the food arriving in a timely manner. The wait staff checked in on us and topped off drinks when needed. When I came in with my parents, we did wait a little bit longer for our entrees to get there. I'm assuming, it was because it was Sunday night so it was a busier night. It wasn't too bad because our waiter (I believe their name is Junior) brought us another serving of bread and butter.
The time that I was on my own, I ordered a calamari, a Long Island Iced Tea and spaghetti and meatballs. When I came in with my parents, we ordered calamari for appetizer, shrimp with angel hair, chicken marsala and mushrooms and chicken piccata.
The calamari is okay, but if you have a craving, it'll be satisfactory enough. I liked both the spaghetti and meatballs and the shrimp with angel hair dishes. They're pretty basic, but hit the spot with that craving. My parents loved the chicken marsala and mushrooms and the chicken piccata. The chicken marsala and mushrooms is served on bowtie pasta. My dad thought the bow tie pasta was a tad bit too al dente, but the couple pasta that I tried were perfect. So it might not have been uniform (or my dad just prefers a more cooked pasta). My mom was very happy with her chicken piccata. They also brought out a sundae for my mom because we were celebrating her low-key birthday for this week. They brought out a decorated plate with a small sundae. It was a really good dessert!
I have to give Kudos to the bartender that was working when I came in on Wednesday night who made my Long Island Iced Tea. I didn't catch her name, but that drink was everything! It was so good!
The only thing I think I think they could improve on is the lighting. The restaurant needs to not dim the lights too much. Some customers who come in may have a really hard time reading the menu because the lights are so dim.
There's plenty of parking as well that is shared for people who are going to the mall. The parking area closest to the restaurant can get quite crowded though because people will park behind parked cars to grab their online orders if the pick up order spots are all taken. Also, lots of people would prefer to not have to walk too far. haha.
Overall, pretty satisfied with my experiences.
Good food and quick service , I had the coconut mojito and it was fabulous. The food was good and the steak came out perfect. We came for a birthday dinner and it was fitting for a group our size and the atmosphere was great for the celebration. Nice and clean and in a convenient location.
Bit pricey but great food and humongous portions. Wish they make the portions smaller to cut down on prices. One of the funniest and best waiter, Kahani. Even though he was very busy, he’d joked with us time to time and had great time.
Great as ever wherever you travel, SF or Florida etc and this location was no exception. We arrived here after a long drive and then visiting the nearby Air and Space museum and on top of that it was a very hot early April day: no wonder we were tired and hungry. Fortunately the place was rather empty and apart from some women who arrived after us and decided to start shouting in their language with the phone on speaker and a bar tender who was shouting too, the place was quiet in our corner at the table for 8 we were sat, despite being only 2 people.
Great steaks, great breads and drinks, that is why we always come back to this place.
The atmosphere was nice and what you would expect from a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. It was very clean as well. Food did not disappoint! I was pleasantly surprised by their skinny menu (way less calories yet tasty and filling portions). The drinks were pricey though and our server wasn’t very attentive. She disappeared a few times. The cheesecake was definitely the highlight of the whole experience!
The food is pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad.
The atmosphere is solid, it's a Cheesecake factory, nice enough.
But the service... That was great. Both table and bar service, lunch and happy hour, have been met with some of the most amazing and friendly servers I've met.
I’ve been here a handful of times and each time has been a great experience! The service is always quick and attentive, the food is delicious, and you can’t beat the cheesecake! Cheesecake Factory is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to. All the servers I have had have been personable and have made each dining experience pleasant. The atmosphere definitely depends on when you go, but either way it’s always positive. I’d recommend anyone to this Cheesecake Factory!
This location is fun. the decor is very eclectic and seating is far enough spaced you can talk. right now the pumpkin cheesecake is in. (its late October right now as I write this) its a must have dessert, get it to go, then you can focus on dinner foods. and that bread.... yum
my server, Tori, was awesome and so cute. she knew we needed our dessert to go. had my left overs all packed up and bags to go. delightful evening. its just a fun place to go with family, and eat a lot.

We visited yesterday just for a slice of cheesecake. I have a low-licious vanilla with strawberries and cream with a passion fizz mint non alcoholic drink. My partner had the celebration cheesecake, which has layers or cake, icing and cream with sprinkles and a big dollop of cream on the side! And he had a strawberry margarita. Everything was delicious. Service was quick, the waiter was polite, friendly and helpful. It's wheelchair accessible, with plenty of room to transfer from a wheelchair to a bench/chair at the table.
The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! Their diverse menu offers delicious dishes, like the Spicy Tuna, which is a hidden gem. With generous portions, I always bring leftovers for another delightful meal.
The Cheesecake Factory is an exceptional restaurant chain that lives up to its reputation.
Although they serve delicious meals, let's discuss the true stars of the show, the CHEESECAKE!!!! They offer an impressive selection of flavors that are out of this world. 🌎
Whether you opt for a classic flavor or venture into more adventurous territory, you won't be disappointed.
All in all, if you're looking for an irresistible selection of cheesecakes, The Cheesecake Factory is an excellent choice.
The food was delicious, just a bit too much. The options for ordering whole cheesecake were a bit disappointing. I wish they offer one-quarter portions versus half only option. I also would like to suggest an option of having 12 slices and make a whole cake.
Stopped at this location to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. She had her heart set on salted caramel. The staff were friendly and brought out my cake right away. It was creamy and boy was it sweet! Whew! Would definitely go back to try another flavor. Coconut and lemon raspberry look delicious in the case!
A huge menu and a great server made for a wonderful visit. The only downside is that it does get dark inside. I saw many tables where people were using their phone's flashlight to help them see the menu. In the past my partner has also had to use his flashlight to see the menu. Luckily this last visit both he and I knew what we wanted before we sat down so it wasn't a major issue.
A best place to stop by if you want to celebrate. I celebrated my wife’s birthday and it made her day. The ambiance is really beautiful, On time service, a very energetic and friendly staff servers.
Its also great place to go on a date with some one special.
Lot of vegetarian options such as
Veggie Burger, Crispy Cauliflower , Stuffed mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts, Pastas, and of course cheesecake
So delicious. There was a mess up with my food, and they did everything possible to make it right quickly so I could eat with my family. I appreciate that very much. We come here quite a bit and always have exceptional food and service.
