Took a two day trip from my home in the Twin Cities to Duluth to relax. I was lucky enough to stumble across this gem of a Bakehouse in the morning when I was on the hunt for my morning coffee. It is a cozy space with tasty homemade food and dark rich coffee.
Enjoyed a cold press with almond milk and vanilla latte with almond milk with 2 veggies sandwiches. Drinks were delicious! Sandwiches could use a little more flavor but still very good. Service was fast with smiles. The interior is adorable; cozy and quaint.
Delicious bake goods & staff were friendly... we tried several pastries & we enjoyed all of it... I highly recommend this place.
Incredible baked goods. Light, buttery, tender brioche. The cinnamon roll was denser than the brioche, appropriately so, and had a fantastic texture and flavor. Bakery looked good! I went for lunch and got a breakfast burrito and an iced mocha. The burrito had a slab of sausage I'm pretty sure was store-bought frozen and the mocha tasted like Nesquick chocolate milk with a splash of coffee. I wasn't super impressed. However, their bakery looked wonderful

My regular coffee spot downtown during the work day. Great coffee, incredibly smooth cold press (try the coconut!), and the baked goods are out-of-this-world amazing! Yesterday's pastries are only $1, which is the best thing ever, and the staff is always so friendly.
