This rating is strictly for the smoothies. They use pureed juice with added sugar and ice instead of real fruit. It doesn't blend well at all. Basically is nothing like an actual smoothie. Dumped it out after taking this picture. ☹

Chilly Billy's at Miller Hill Mall. Apparently Google isn't up to date. Fun for kids with an indoor playground right next to it. Kind of traditional with the grands to stop for yogurt before playing.
