I very much like 5 Guys, especially the heavy serving of fries, however when I ask for extra toppings, I don't mean a couple more pieces of mushrooms or pickels, it should be noticeably more and that is where the service is lacking and could do better, even on the lettuce size. For the price paid, you expect more. Regarding the atmosphere, good, but the music, although good tunes, is TOO loud and hard to have a conversation, take an order, or even hear when it is ready.

The kids were ranking their favorite milkshakes and I told them about the Five Guys cherry bacon milkshake. My grandson tried a vanilla bacon milkshake and loved it. It's his favorite now.

Five Guys is perhaps the most well-known fast-food restaurant chain in America, thanks to its use of fresh, house-made ingredients and high-quality, all-natural beef. I visited one of their restaurants in Dumfries, Virginia, this past weekend and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It was a real pleasure to relax and enjoy a delicious burger while listening to the sounds of the nearby Washington Metro station. Five Guys is a quick service restaurant chain, known for their burgers and fries. The chain has been in existence for more than two decades, and today has at least five locations in the D.C. area. The restaurant is best known for its fries, which they offer in a wide variety of ways, including ketchup, cheese, and chili.

Should be called fry guys... I ordered one large fry and they basically filled my bag crazy! Food is excellent.

Most of the time the burgers are made with care but it's a gamble. If made with care you rely on a burger that's sweet and moist. But when it's not the burger comes to you burnt and dry. The service is made up of young kids and I can not identify anyone who is in charge. The atmosphere is noisy but the chairs are comfortable.

The food is great! One of the best burgers around. The price is more than what you would expect (think $10 plus for a burger alone) so easily $20 dollars each person for a meal.

Customer service is on point. Food came out as quick as a fresh grilled burger should, and the shake came out even quicker. There's free peanuts available for you to snack on as well. They have the fancy Coca-Cola fountains that let you choose wild flavors like strawberry or lime Fanta. My burger always comes out just how I order, whether I order online or in-person.

11/4/2022 Update: 1 milkshake, 1 cheeseburger, 1 large fries + $1 guilt trip cashier tip: $28.90. Five Guys burgers and fries are amazingly delicious. The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. They mix up a great milkshake, too. My only concern is that for a burger and large fries, the bill came to just over $16! I just cannot keep paying these high prices for semi-fast food. I will come back of course, just not as often as I would like.

It's been some time since I was at Five Guys, pre Covid. Just as tasty as I remember! Although, I sure don't remember paying so darn much!!
