Adrian and Donovan displayed superb customer service and the pizza plus wings were thoroughly enjoyed by all of my employees! Will definitely recommend this location for anyone searching for delicious hot fresh pizza and wings in this area! Was worried reading the reviews in this area but I can honestly say the manager Adrian went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our order and received amazing customer service. This will now be are go to for pizza in the area. They did everything right. Pleasantly Suprized
It has been the best customer service that I got from Adrian (store manager) from the Drumfries store. He talk to me in a very professional manner and he could tell that I had ordered from another Papa Johns location and they let me waiting and never told me they donāt deliver to this area, they never call me either, and when I called to the original place 2 hrs later of being waiting asking for my pizza they say nothing that they can do only give me their apology.
I called the Dumfries location and Adrian went the extra mile!!!

The other night a few of us ordered a couple pizzas that were on different tabs but were going to the same place and some of us had ordered online and others ordered over the phone. However, when on the phone the gentleman was honest and let us know that the delivery time would be longer than usual due to a high volume of orders so we decided weād change all of our orders to carry out hence the 4 and not 5 stars. After asking so many questions and causing much confusion on our end and changing our minds an employee by the name of Justin was so understanding and very helpful I just had to leave a review about him. They definitely need more like you and we appreaciate you making the necessary changes and being so patient on the phone. Kudos Justin!
I appreciate that they do have a gluten free crust! It was easy to order on line. I got my order quicker than quoted! The driver was friendly and pleasant. Over all I would recommend Papa John's!
Excellent pizza quality every time I order, literally 'POSTER QUALITY', doesn't matter if morning noon or night, the customer service is great. Happy to have this location so close to home. Keep it up š

The staff is quick at filling the orders given by customers and was willing to explain to a customer why they can't deliver to certain locations outside their area of business.

It was very tasty my hubbie & I ate a large half veggie & half ham/pineapple & it wasn't greasy so he really enjoyed it.
