Have had a great experience at this location...had 1 problem with an online order which was delivered. I realized that it was not quite what I ordered, called and spoke to the manager who politely asked if I would like another pizza now or credit me for my next order. Very professional! They care about and cater to their customers. Im sold
I called in an order thinking for sure I'd have to carry out being that I live deep in citrus springs. I was surprised when they confirmed that I could get a delivery instead. It must have only been 30mins because I wasn't even able to finish my episode of 2 and a half men before it was here at the door. Great Job guys I appreciate it.
I just moved down here from Denver, Colorado. And I was so happy to find that Papa John's delivered in Dunnellon. You don't have many choices on what to eat out here unless you want to drive 20 miles away to Ocala. To all the people slamming this store because you had a bad experience. Did you know these drivers at this location have to serve Ocala, Inglis, Morriston, Crystal River and DUNNELLON? Each driver puts 5000 miles a month on their vehicles just to bring you dinner. I tip 10.00 and my food is alway good to go. Don't like the service, call Pizza Hut... Oh I am sorry they only deliver 5 miles away from the store. Guess you might want to hop in your car and pick up your own food. You will at least save 3.00 for doing so and you won't have to tip. Don't beat up on us drivers.
The employees are awesome. Good pizza. Stupid location and they are under a red lightup urgent care sign... They don't have a lit up sign... Very hard to find at night.
Never have a single complaint about the crew who works here. Makes it a nice shopping experience
I am disabled and PapaJohn's is the only one that delivers to my area.
