I waited a long time to order inside the shop. The Drive- thru definitely has priority over walk-ins. My coffee was made right.
Coffee is good when made correctly. Lattes are inconsistent and orders are not served actually in order. Drive thru is priority over mobile orders.
Every now n then they make my drink an original, but I understand because they're constantly busy, I've never had any issues with the employees
I go to this Dunkin mostly on my way to work at 5:15am and everyone is always friendly and pleasant even though it’s so early! Most recently Cindy took care of me and had such a great attitude and demeanor. My coffee was perfect and sandwich was delicious!
Coffee was fresh and hot. Service was good. I always enjoy going to this Dunkin.

Superfast mobile order, ordered some coffee in the parking lot walked in 90 seconds later and it was ready and waiting, coffee's great, donuts (judging by glazed) can't compete with Krispy Kreme sorry
I just want to shout out to the ladies of the morning shift today. With a line wrapped around the building and more inside they were all sweet and kind. They remembered their regulars and greeted everyone with friendly kindness. Just a delight when they had ever reason to be short and harassed. Well done Ladies. You made my day just being kind. I really appreciate it this morning. ❤️

It was middle of the day and wasn't busy. The poor cashier was trying to help a very demanding customer. I found this amusing and did not mind waiting. The cashier handled everything beautifully.
We got our drinks quickly after I ordered, and all was well.
Very friendly, courteous and caring employees the night of June 16th @ 9:30pm. I didn't catch the names of the young man and lady but also great customer service skills from both as well. We will definitely come back our next trip from Ohio 😀
