Had a great experience here, We ordered outside a to go order, due to the aromatic smell that was divine as my daughter had an appt at the H&R Block 😀. My husband and I were just in the area with her visiting and tried it. I had the pictured Fried Turkey Sandwich with fries and soda. Husband had the pulled Chicken Sandwich, both were very good. The service was friendly and fast. Establishment was clean. Would love to go back soon. I recommended this Restaurant to you to try.
Used to go here all the time when I lived in the area. 6 years later, it's still rockin' it. The BBQ is seasoned wonderfully and the sauces are on point. You get all the fixings you could ask for and they don't skimp on the portions. Even on their off days, they're still above average. Love the staff's friendly attitudes, too. I always go for their combos since there's a lot they're good at. My wife enjoys their cheese fritters and it's always a must have when we come in. 10/10 definitely make this a stop when you're in Dunwoody.
Let me go straight to the point: loved the place and the food was great! true BBQ taste from the briskets to the pulled pork!! Service was right on point and prices are very reasonable. Parking is available in front of store or at the adjacent mall parking. I'll be back there next time I'm in Atlanta. Totally recommend.

The food was a pleasant surprise. Delicious Moscow Mule,, the sausage platter was quite yummy all was well and then... the desert..YUCK YUCK YUCK it looked pretty but imitation banana and no vanilla wafer in banana pudding? Lots of whip cream,, frosted glass but SO NOT GOOD!! I sent it back!!
Me and my friends came here on a Wednesday night. We were seated within 5 minutes. It wasn’t that many people which was cool. Kendrew our server was beyond amazing!!! His amazing welcoming customer service is top tier!! We tried a few entrees which all came out good!! The rum runner was a lil watered down but I guess it all depends on who is actually making your drink. Other than that the food was great! Their mud pie dessert is shareable and very delicious too! Parking is available in front which is a bonus!
Introduction: This was the first time we ever been here. We were riding on our way to Dunkin Donuts and spotted this restaurant. We took a mental note deciding we would come back later to dine. We returned that evening but due to plumbing issues they closed early. The smoky aroma hit your nose as soon as you open the door which increased our desire to eat here, so we decided to come back for lunch the next day.
Welcome: We we’re greeted with smiles and we had no wait time to be seated. We sat in a booth near the window. Glen our server was wonderful. He answered our questions and gave suggestions.
Ambiance: The restaurant was clean and spacious. The tables were at a nice distance where you would not bump into chairs while walking to your table/booth.
Food: The food was absolutely delicious!! As an appetizer we had cheese fritter balls. If you like cheese and honey you will love these. It’s a nice size and served on top of honey. Eating it with the honey gives the cheese a bit of a sweet flavor. When biting into it you get the crunchiness and then the gooeyness of the cheese…so good! Or my entree I ordered the salmon on a bed of rice with mixed vegetables. As a side I had the brisket (ends), Mac and cheese (wasn't baked and a little bit of an after taste) and it came with toast. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the mixed vegetables were done just the way I like them…cooked but not all the way so it still has some crunchiness. My boyfriend ordered meatloaf, red beans and rice, mixed vegetables, spare ribs, and toast. He loved everything. The toast was was if the best I have ever had! The portion size was hefty and all at a reasonable price!
Price: The quality and quantity of the food is worth the price. I have gone I a lot of restaurants that are skimpy on their food portions but this restaurant is not like that. We were very pleased with the serving size, taste/smell, cut of the brisket, size of the ribs/meatloaf, buttery but crunchy toast, perfectly cooked salmon, well cooked vegetables, tasty red beans and rice, and rice that was fluffy and delicious.
Experience: We had a pleasurable experience here. As they say you never get a second chance to make a first impression and our first impression was definitely a great one 😊!
We will definitely return!!
Stars: I gave it five stars because we received a pleasant welcoming, the waiter (Glen) was friendly, helpful, and checked on us enough but not too much that we could not enjoy our dining experience. The food was delicious and the portion size was satisfactory.
Tip: If you’re not familiar with the cuts (pork/beef) be sure to ask. If you are unsure about the combos please ask.
Large portions, quick service! The place looks and smells fabulous, I've been back 2 times since my st visit a month ago. The sampler with dry Memphis ribs, beans and rice, burnt ends and sliced brisket is the greatest dish to hit my belly! They don't mention it but you get corn bread with the dish and it's tops! Absolutely awesome place to eat.
The mango Mojito tasted great. We sat at the bar and service was just okay. The bartender warmed up more toward when we were asking for the check which was a little funny... The food was good. I loved the brisket. The corn needed more flavor though and the corn bread was really dry. Overall, we would return.
