Excellent Customer service, especially with it being my first time eating at this restaurant. My food was hot and didn’t take a long time. The best hotdogs ever. The burgers are so juicy and good. Almost tasted like my mom home made burgers.

I ordered shroom burger and a chicken shack which were disappointment .. The shroom burger was cold and portobello didn’t feel fresh.. Both were pretty average taste wise .. Not worth the price they charge

The Burgers are way too small for $10, they're good but the customer service could be way better, the customer service doesn't match the prices. The milkshakes and customer service are Trash in comparison to Chick-fil-A.

Food was great and the milkshakes!! Even though they were busy we got Togo and only 10min wait ! They also were very clean ! They had someone wipping down the tables and ketchup table too !

To be honest the burger (smoke shack) was tasty, but the fries where my favorite part of the meal. The Habanero mayo was great with the fries. Only reason not a 5 star is because I got one or two cold(like from the freezer) fries in my box, but still went great in the Mayo.
