Literally every time I come here it’s like this and take about 20/30mins to order. Just to get to the order Box and get told they not doing Taco Bell!!! This place is the worst and needs new management!
Ordered 3 tacos and 2 beefy 5 layers made the order at 6:20pm, got to the window and the manager took my money and then said to pull forward. I told him I would wait at the window as he already took my money and didn’t give me food, he responded with “then I’ll make you wait longer. After 45 minutes
I finally go here today because there is no line all the way to the street. I still wait 15 minutes for one car in front of me to get serviced. I pull up to the box and wait until they ask for my order, but they wouldn’t respond after like 5 minutes and act like I should have spoken up. I finally g
35 minutes from pulling into the drive thru behind 5 cars, to getting to the speaker. Another 7 at the window to get my order.
DO NOT GO HERE. It's faster to go to another Taco Bell and order there.
Out of a lot of things. No more wings. No ice in the machines in the lobby or drive thru. No napkins or condiments out front. Filthy restroom. The guy at the register was awesome. He was very patient and had a smile on his face. They are understaffed but all of them were working hard. I would go back to this location anytime.
So slow never busy and food taste microwaved. Definitely keep food under headlamps to long! The Sweet Tea is never good!
