Great service and the food was delicious! Speedy service for a short lunch break!
Came here during their invitation special. We were greeted by Gregory (one of the assistant managers) and his delightfully friendly staff. The food was great, the atmosphere was even better! We're already looking forward to our next visit. Two thumbs up!

Everyone who worked at this location gave us great customer service and they made my son and I feel like they welcomed our visit. Food was fresh and great. We will be back to visit you all when you all officially open.
So good not from here we don't have a zaxby's were um from Miami Fla but I LOVE ZAXBY'S
The food was served hot & fresh and the line moved very quickly! The staff & Manager were very nice as well...I will continue to come back!!!
Finally got to check out Zaxby's. We see the commercials all the time but we don't have any in Maryland. Place is huge and very clean. Employees were friendly. Think they may have been trying some new people. Chicken tenders and fries were delicious. Would have given them five stars but they forgot my Texas toast.
The service was great. My sister, who has early stages Alzheimer's, ordered first while I went back to my car to get my wallet. I was stressed about leaving her in there as I thought the cashier may be rude to her since she would likely forget what shes told. When I came back, the cashier (I believe her name was Lucricia), was very patiently explaining the menu to her. That was beyond expectations, and I wanted to commend her for her kindness and patience. Oh, and as usual, the food was great as well!!!
